a little remark: Twice’s overall musical direction is bubblegum-pop, but in the "Signal" there is an influence of dancehall genre, it is heard on the beat and atmosphere of the song, so it's not bubblegum-pop type of song
Future bass is hands down my favourite genre so I kept waiting and waiting for it to appear in the video almost worried it wasn't gonna be included xD (oh and not me fangirling with Lay Back as an example 👌🏻)

Im not pro in music but i've learn some instruments and discovering in music. Bass is like the deep sound of electric guitar. Those clothesline (iykwim) when you pick it, they will vibrate. The sound it makes similar to bass Drums basically just...drums. Beat is just like the tempo counter(if you listen to songs, the beat will goes 4 times(or 8) in one verse and another verse) thats a beat Bye i made this explaination so complicated, i know what they means but i just dk how to explain. It's a very eclectic dance pop and electropop song, because of that is kinda hard to define a more specific genre to it, but the synths, specially at the chorus, is inspired by future bass
