Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 2008 Bentley Azure Convertible! Bentley first debuted the Azure back in 1995 and did so riding on the Continental R platform. The name came from one of Robert Janel’s earlier conversions. Design assistance from Pininfarina in Italy was selected to set this Bentley apart. What a presence this car has! The Azure would see two generations spanning close to 15 years until 2009. Here we have a 2008 model and the Magnolia paint looks sharp. Top looks to be in great shape and certainly complements the exterior. The Cotswold interior has slight signs of wear but in good order. Under the hood you will find a 6 ¾L twin turbo V8 backed by a 6-speed automatic transmission. The car runs and drives out well and the power top is working. From the factory this Azure received several upgrades. Recessed Bently Badges to Waistrails with Inset Chrome Strip - a nearly $5k add on. Also received Stainless Steel Matrix Mesh to Lower Bumper Apertures, 19” 12-Spoke Alloy Wheel- Chromed, Burr Oak Veneer, Wood and Leather Steering Wheel, Chromed Radiator Sheel, Personalized Treadplate Plagues, Chromed Door Mirror Caps, Drilled Alloy Pedals, Cabriolet Seat Covering with Embroidered Bently Motif, and Bentley Jewel Fuel Filler Cap. Total original MSRP was $357,375.00!!! With only 40k miles elapsed this Azure has a lot of life left and at less than 25% of the original MSRP!
