From his conversation with his love on the plane to him opening up to both his love and Dontis about his history. Heck, even Dontis's nuggets of wisdom are heavily appreciated. Also, that entire conversation towards the end reminded me of just how much Xanthus has grown as a character since the beginning. It's very sweet. I hope that him opening up to more people will lead to him finding more to fight for after his fleeting time with his love ends. In the meantime, Amazing job as always, Saku! My prediction is that Ordric is part of the Trimedian now and is coming after the listener to get revenge/retaliation for what Xanthus did to his family. It would make sense because if Ordric, a vampire, is part of the Trimedian now, they would be more willing to use other vampires to achieve their goals.
