The worst star category hotel so far , one of the biggest mistakes to book it in the first place , you can get better service in a lodge or home stays than Novotel Kolkata, I assure you that. I request to all of you never ever even think of staying in this property. I repeat do not make such a mistake. We were literally begging for service and above that no one was even bothered to attend us , staff behaviour and overall service is just simply ridiculous. They do not care for your experience at the hotel or your comfort and "privacy" as well. So, travellers do think and blink 1000 times before you think of Novotel Kolkata with your family, friends or your partner. Very very disappointed and ashamed, since I had my guests from out of state and they were shocked as hell to receive such an experience from such a pioneered brand in the hospitality, service & luxury industry. Thank You
Best hotel at 6k Per day, i stayed there 9 days without any issues
in kolkata this hotel is very nice and very beautiful and also peacefull hotel and very nice view to see i like this hotel......................
