That Galaxie500 is just what the doctor ordered. I'm a Ford man and that floats my boat . The Caddy limo was outstanding also. Keep up the great videos. Sign
Duesenberg Model SJ, 420 ci, DOHC, 4 valves per cylinder, supercharged, apple green straight 8 engine. It may not have been the most powerful engine built, but for the early 1930's, nothing else compared. A true piece of engineering art and a SIGN of the future cars to come. Nice selection of daily drivers. American Rod Shop rules!
I believe the first V8 was 1932. Favorite engine, 426 Hemi. Texaco sign. P.S. Boy! Are we all wrong about the first V8 car. The first V8 was in 1905-- 1910 and the car was the Buffum Runabout!!!
305 --478 big block GMC "V6's" . always been fascinated with this line up . Tough and reliable engines, GMC made a 12 cylinder version and a V6 Toro-Flow 4 stroke diesel in the same family . Awesome engines
The GORD 428 Cobra Jet , kicked butt in the 1968 Nationals and set all kinds of drag racing records not to mention whoopin up on 454 Chevys , Dodge Hemis etc.......
@@steveloy7514 it would seems so. I bet everyone has my taste in music. I listen to just about everything there isn't much I don't listen to except maybe Opera. I like Rock, Country, Classical, Bluegrass, Cajun Bluegrass, metal, some Heavy Heavy Metal ah the list goes on. You name it I probably have listened to it.
That sign would look great next to my clock face pump. I believe Caddy had the first V8 way way back. But not sure. Ford had a flat head V8 in the 30's for the first mass produced. Gangsters & Bootleggers loved em!
SIGN..I would buy no.1,5,7,9 & 10 when I win on x-loto solon. Prices were pretty damn good another list that I couldn't just pick 1 Solon. Greetings from sth Australia 🇦🇺 👍
I would thought the first v8 was early , mid 50s . Best 426 himi . But kinda fond of the Pontiac 400 . But overall like the Chevy 427 bord to a 440 . Im thinking 1977 Malibu maby cannonball run
Cadillac had the first American V-8 engine in 1916. The French had V-8's much earlier. But I'm not French. So, I don't know about foreign cars of the era.
1917 chevy put a v8 engine for 1917 and 1918 and then discontinued it until 1955. Ford put their first flathead v8 in 1932. I believe Cadillac had a v8 in 1912!
Hi - I am from India and liked some of the classics you presented , I am from India do you know who can help me buy , package and transport here from US
We also sit here in Florida 😮 Villages! I know you love your Tesla, but to evaluate a hurricane in an electric car when you have a gas option seams 😅 well dumb. Be safe!
Wouldn't want to put gas in them in Socal. It was so nice last summer when gas was over 7 dollars a gallon. AC would be nice on the freeways when you sit in traffic just saying and you need to worry about the old cars being stolen. If they want it they will take it.
The 440 Chrysler big block. Since its conception, I've never seen or experienced anything quite like it.
That Galaxie500 is just what the doctor ordered. I'm a Ford man and that floats my boat . The Caddy limo was outstanding also. Keep up the great videos. Sign
Ford FE 427 side oiler. Had one in my '66 Fairlane, 4 spd. Absolute Monster!

The Cutless was blue and white..the interior was white and blue. Just sayin...
The 426 Hemi, and the 440 Magnum w/3 deuces. Definitely MOPAR or no car.
