What happened?
I was only thinking it's been a long time since we last saw content from you, and whilst any long term subscriber will know, you do take time out now and again, this was longer than normal so was quite concerned. I know you keep your personal life to yourself, but as @Da6moose6 mentioned, a lot of us were really worried given the duration of this absence. I'm guessing that whatever the reason was it's now been resolved (and you have no obligation to tell us the reasons) and we are glad to see you back. Please pace yourself, I'm sure a lot of us would like to see content released at a sensible frequency than for you to burn yourself out releasing 10 videos a week and then have to vanish again!

At 36:57 I was *really* expecting you to go one tile further up and use 2-deep floodgates, with levies on the shore to the one side that would need them!

SO happy to see you back!!! And as an added bonus you're on my favourite map!! I love how you've started it :) Makes me wonder about about restarting my map which is very overgrown now (over a couple hundred hours in it), I love fresh map feel. Old Minecraft habit days, lol. In the lower valley I created a houseboat village with the dam; the helix has been modified so much it's no longer recognised as such, except for the internal pool; and the housing estates are massive :) The poor map, lol.

the micromanaging was with the old storage system. because you could reach the limits quickly single digits of everything

→ I think having one beaver collect berries wouldn't have cost that much - the flag costs no materials to build, and you can stop it (or down-prioritize) when it's full.
→ For your housing complex: I think you could have replaced the platforms in the inner corners (where no paths are) with warehouses. These are even cheaper than the platforms, and you can store things in them.
→ It looks like your farm fields are too large for the farmhouses there to harvest. Though that might also be just not enough storage for carrots and potatoes.

Once you unlock the platforms how about rebuilding the lodges over the river? Saves good growing land, and the water course ends up being pretty central to most beaver colonies so it's actually a pretty good place for the housing to be too.
