For someone who just started learning West Coast swing this is a great video and easy enough to follow. Now i just hope i will remember it on the dance floor xD
Seriously though, if you are truly starting out in WCS you should not be worried about anything shown in this video. This video is for those already accomplished on the basics. You should focus on connection. If you do not understand connecting your core to your upper body and arms you need to work on that first. You need to master compression, stretching, and leverage before you worry about anchor variations. Just my two cents.
