So many of "us" eliminate beef but are just doing it because they think thats whats right to do versus realizing how it really can help some of our bodies.

Marcus @him500 should reconsider his mindset about investing 2.5 million into the jet business. 1) I wouldn’t suggest using cash to buy the jet and invest in the business. Leveraging the banks money offers tax benefits as well. 2) Although he could have gone the venture capitalist route, his decision in the jet business seems correct because it’s a high level decision based on the information he had at the time, he networth goal and his business growth trajectory. He is just learning about the venture capital model and there are no guarantees. Meanwhile, the jet business opened a lot of doors and put him in position to reach the 100 million net worth. Everything happens for a reason and I am certain he can reach in the bag to pull another 2.5 million to begin his journey in the venture capital model.

Im the person errbody come to to learn from but who can i learn from to get higher man. I worked security at a club and a middle eastern dude pulled up every week in a aventador.. I was the closest to him outta everybody inna club but he just never took me under his wing to teach me lol always said we gone go out to eat but never did. Yall talkin about him takin mentees on a jet, thats how i was. I thought my Benz s550 and platinum was a flex, meanwhile he showin me his Lambo and black card and it aint doin nun but motivatin me but thats it.. i needa actually sit and take notes! Like i need to kno, what to do next with this $100k credit. What next to invest in? How to get into real estate, how can I build my business etc
I’m on the same boat. Got 150k in credit, 200k cash, 300k in equity in my primary home and a boat. I’ve been nervous to get back into real estate but I am going to do it. I got a preaproval for an FHA loan (3.5% down) so I’ll cop a property and Airbnb it. Going to start charting my boat. On a slow month it’ll produce $8k & $22k on a good month. Right now I’m focusing on learning marketing. With marketing you can make most businesses produce revenue. I’ll apply that to the boat and airbnb business. One thing is for sure, we gotta jump in and make moves even if we are afraid. I learned that we will always be afraid if we are tackling bigger projects each time.
