    Individual 1 sent his signals at the same time.
    Neither of them can be returned prior to them being sent.
    No more than a mirror can reflect the image of your face prior to you standing in front of it.
    I hope that clears things up!

    Discussions of tachyons seem quite different from discussions of other undiscovered particles. Usually particle theory is based on physics that can predict the properties - mass, charge, spin, etc. Are they like counterparts to the basic particles we already know of such as proton, neutron, electron, quark, etc? Tachyon discussion never even touches on these very basic properties. Also the question of whether there is A tachyon particle or are there many different kinds of faster than light particles. Or is it even a particle at all?

    no matter how fast something travels doesnt that mean it just gets to point B after it was sent? why does something travelling FTL mean it goes back in time? sending a tachyon to tell someone that they sent a message means they sent a message and the tachyon still reached point B after it was sent, so there was no delay

      When an object is moving, a Lorentz transformation occurs, in which space and time are distorted in such a way that light moves at the same speed. However, that also means that tachyons, relative to some observers, are moving either infinitely fast or back in time.

    • @AstroEli133
      @AstroEli133 8 месяцев назад

      It doesn't, you have to signal a moving thing to send it, and then it will distort due to relativity and stuff. The visual shown was for simplicity, as the signals would actually be sent off to another object and back, not just a straight line from one person to the other.

      I often wander that cause I defenetively reject the relativity theory based on new science crapp that often say what a big dollar client demands! And I can EASY demonstrate how wrong they are since the atomic or nuclear energy era! If they were true at v=c the energy is 》infinity so the first nuclear test woud off never occour or if do then all universe should be totally vanished! But is not cause even they admit that for example the tzar bomba had a yeld power of a little over 50MT of TNT OR 1kg of mass hiting stationary ground at THE SPEED OF LIGHT!!! SOOO: What is the problem if a particle with a mass of 10^-99 goes with let say 4C so it takes only 2 min to reach us from our sun instead of 8 min of light's??!!!😏😊

      @@robblequoffle8456 I think the lorentz transformation results in time that is imaginary. Im not seeing how that could translate to negative time.

    Wait a minute... Imaginary mass... That would be a form of non interacting mass, but it could interact with other tachyons...
    Why does the sound like a description of dark matter?

    You have correctly defined the dot product and cross product of two vectors. The dot product is a scalar, while the cross product is a vector. The dot product is calculated by multiplying the corresponding components of the vectors and adding the products together. The cross product is calculated by using the following formula:
    ```
    (a2 * b3 - a3 * b2) * i - (a1 * b3 - a3 * b1) * j + (a1 * b2 - a2 * b1) * k
    ```
    where a1, a2, and a3 are the components of vector A and b1, b2, and b3 are the components of vector B.
    You have also correctly implemented the dot product and cross product functions in C++. The dot product function works by looping over the components of the vectors and multiplying the corresponding components together. The cross product function works by using the formula above to calculate the cross product of the vectors.
    The output of your program is correct. The dot product of the vectors A and B is 33 and the cross product of the vectors A and B is (9, -9, 18).

    Sir, how to detect tachyons ?

    • @jeromehattkronen2305

      use the velocity addition maths u=v+w/[1+vw/cc] . it suggests tach speed transforms to less than c when viewed from a second observer. So the second viewer would see it. ie any speed above c transforms immediately to less than c. Kind of strange. It means if somebody sees a tachyon, nobody else will be able to see it travelling faster than c [ so they'll probably think he lied ] . Iff einstein's math is correct of course. If math is wrong, should be straightforward to see them.

    Gravitational waves travel faster than light speed. So if a space warp detector in space detects gravitational waves and instantly sends radio warning to Earth, the receiving station built on a solid rock would have already crumbled - due to the gravitational wave. Causality has been 😮

      Gravitational waves dont travel faster than light tho. They travel at light speed.
