If you’re talking about the arpeggio, it’s just an 80s chime, that’s muted. I would assume the version used in this particular song, was the actual thing, meaning it was probably either a Rhoades or a Juno, but there are definitely a lot of virtual instruments out there that can encapsulate the same type of vibe
