I have a hard time finding bank spots at shaver lake since all the roads lead to private land, only the marina areas are open to the public.
Look at the page this is from plenty of bank access at shaver lake

We used gulp pinched crawler to catch the Kokanee, thank you for watching
Nah bro u can pay 10 bucks to go on the other side of the lake right next to the marina and go on road 1 2 or 3 and fish all day just gotta be out by a certain time. Gate opens at 7a.m.
