आचार्य जी प्रणाम मेराप्रश्न आपसे यह है कि अगर बीटीसी deled को अगर सुप्रीम कोर्ट राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट के फैसला को सही मानती है जिसमे बीएड को प्रायमरी शिक्षक से बाहर करने को सही माना था तो अगर सुप्रीम कोर्ट बीटीसी deled के पक्ष में 19 जुलाई को फैसला सुनाती है तो क्या यूपी से भी अपने आप बीएड प्रायमरी शिक्षक भर्ती से बाहर हो जायेगा

(1) All appointments to the Central Civil Services (other than the General Central Service) Group ‘B’, Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’, shall be made by the authorities specified in this behalf in the Schedule :
Provided that in respect of Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’, Civilian Services, or civilian posts in the Defence Services appointments may be made by officers empowered in this behalf by the aforesaid authorities.
(2) All appointments to Central Civil Posts, Group ‘B’, Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’, included in the General Central Service shall be made by the authorities specified in that behalf by a general or special order of the President, or where no such order has been made, by the authorities - specified in this behalf in the Schedule. Sir what the above lines want to convey regarding groupB,group C and group D as my mother is working as staff nurse in the cantonment board jammu and from where i will get her group at the time of the joining as per the above lines???
