I can tell you have very high standards. "It isn't perfect" whilst showing us perfect paintwork as a result of you skill and patience. Really good job 👍👌
Rover were great cars. Such a shame they went under, it should never have been allowed to happen. Nice to see people are still care for them. You did an excellent job!
You added alot of value to that Rover! Its unreal what a bit of time and effort can do .. Really looking forward to the van detail. Again, another excellent video 👌🏻
Rover had beautiful cars, with their streamlined design, with long lines everywhere and no bulky pillars, which gives the car elegance. And this british racing green looks fenomenal. This green on this car is one of the most beautiful car colors ever. You did this car like new, or even better perhaps.
It's a lovely car! See the older cars are a gem! I love my 14 year old car, she's simple and straight forward, she has low miles for her age and gets me where i want to go and i take good care of it! Beautiful work!!!
Really enjoy your vids, I'm glad there's no sales pushes or sponsored videos. All of your content is great, doesn't have to be a complete disaster - it's still satisfying to watch!
Great job. People don’t know the power of paint correction. I really don’t know why all the detailers on RUclips is only doing disaster detailing only. That’s not all we want to see. Not everyone are pigs and nasty. I’m glad you do everything.
Thanks slim for the support 👍😁 I try and vary the content a bit .. as lots of people are doing the disaster detail and it’s become quite a crowded market 👍
I just started a mobile detailing business as a part-time concern, and your videos are simply indispensable, both educationally and in terms of entertainment. Thank you for documenting your process so exquisitely! Your work is impeccable as are your videos. Cheers!
Hi Erik Thanks for watching and glad to be some help 👍😁 good luck with your new venture hope you do well ... Larry from Ammo NYC is also a great channel 👍😁 for tips and tricks
@@everydaydetailing6449 I've watched every AMMO video, especially the Kevin Brown offerings. Great education!! (Frankly I prefer your channel, but Larry is terrific.) Thanks for the kind reply!
Like this kinda vid as well. Those disaster details are 90% the same, and even though they are satisfying, the paint correction/ hologram removal is what does it for me.
I’m going to attempt to polish my car. I’ve just got meguries compound and polish and the Halfords DA at the moment. Great video and fantastic results bud
In glasgow we would say you have great patter ... keep it up as you are very funny and it makes me giggle the things I’m finding out in your commentary as some stuff is even funnier at the way you deliver it. X
Monumental improvement is not giving you enough credit lol that car paint looks like glass! The colour really pops now, I hope I can make my black Volvo with similar marks and scratches look like this rover. It is amazing what some compound and a DA in the right hands can do. Love it and I saw the postman pat van before this and that looks amazing too from what it was when you started.
Brilliant result - fab job as always. Keep the videos coming! Also you might want to consider putting voting buttons on the video so you can better gauge the response in what people want to see: disaster recovery vs polishing (i prefer the distaster detailing personally).
Thanks Saleem 😊 I try and vary the content to be different and not a clone of other larger channels ... but rest assured the van is quite a disaster detail 👍😎
I can feel the owners pain, the roads where I live are so narrow, if you have a car coming opposite way, both have no choice but to hit the bushes, being into detailing this kills me everytime.
A nice effort 👍 please could you either voice over or show how you clean out your pads and how frequently in between panels in your next polishing vid? Many thanks 😜👍👍
Hi I have a pile of pre washed pads (around 5-10) swap every other panel or each panel depending on how clogged they get. Pre soak them in apc and then wash in warm water 👍 Have a old knackered rotary polisher I use to spin the water out of them.
Thanks Pablo 👍👍😀 You would be surprised how many bitter people are out there .. or sometimes its other channels who hit the dislike button! I'm sure a few have notification switched on just to hit the thumbs down 😂
That came back really well and amazing to see how the colour came out after the two stages. I did wonder if we might see you with the little hybrid after recently watching white details and hearing how highly they rate it all be it on much higher end vehicles. If it makes your life easier it's worth the investment.
The Ibrid is a quality piece of kit, great weight and as doon as you hold it you can see why it costs what it does but its worth it.... got lucky on ebay and picked mine up for 250
Brilliant video mate. Shows what a bit of hard work and patience will give you. Just for reference, what speed do you run the flex at ? And is it different between the 2 stages ?

all clearly show between 1-2 min at the start of the video 👍😀
didnt that rover 45 have the same chasis as a honda civic saloon ? like the 4 door 1.8vti
yes 👍😀
Ah.. I loved my old MK2 MGZs 180... was awesome.. considering it was an old honda underneath
I had a Honda Civic mb6 1.8vti 2000/w reg so know the platform well .. was a real screamer on v-tec and 180hp 👍😁
Great work again!

Every Day Detailing that’s to bad. I’m dying to see the finished work of art.

Hi Jim
It had two stages of compound .. then a coat of super resin polish to finish of by hand 😁👍

Hi there great video. One question, how long did the battery last on the da flex?
Around 40 mins
kit comes with 2 with a charge time of 48 mins so it never really a problem 😀👍
Also the only way to maintain paint perfectly on a vehicle would be snowfoam and blowdry right?
Many methods and loads of great videos out there to teach you perfect car care ... but less contact will always reduce the chance of damage 👍😁
Well done 👍 really good job 👏

What polishing compound have you used
All clearly shown at the beginning of the video 👍😎
