I know and because some stores don't accept older currency such as 1977 $100 bills. Young store clerks think they are fake because they are so old. Some of them could be worth WAY more than $100.00, depending on the serial number and condition. If they are nothing special, bring them to a bank and they will accept them. Hope this helps!
