Every time I see you two working together, it reminds me what I have never had during my marriage. Such beautiful cooperation and fun doing tasks together. You are such a joy and inspiration to all who see you working together. I drop by to watch you do another part of your projects and get a wonderful pick-me-up. Thank you for who you are and what you inspire in so many.
I just need to let you know you guys have nailed you tube videos. I think your length and frequency of videos are spot on. It also helps that you aren't arrogant and are easy to like. Keep up the good work.
You two really amaze and inspire! I miss my wild, wonderful WV home, but getting to watch you all build your home in that beautiful setting helps ease the pain. Thanks for sharing!
It was a pleasure watching you 2 work hard all while the kids and Chuck were also playing hard in the background. Chuck did have to come inside and inspect your work. I love how Erin doesn't give up and Josh either teases her sweetly or offers encouragement.
A gable end dormer should look really nice as the main entrance. Looking forward to updates as and when. Great to see your progress and thanks for inviting us to follow along.
What a beautiful team of brains, strength and love. You both remind us of our younger years!!! We love watching your videos. Thank you again for sharing. Love and tons of Blessings from South Texas.
That front entrance is going to look fantastic and the view from the inside is going to be beautiful!!! So happy for both of you and for your children that will get to grow up in such a loving home!!
Wow GREAT JOB you TWO!!! I must admit I was a bit nervous when the wall wasn't cooperating...but endurance and patience wins in the end. I am so glad you two are done with that part. God bless.
patricia here...thank you for showing such awesome work ethics and skills to your youngsters... you can tell that so much pride and effort is going into building your awesome homestead. thank you for the love and respect you have for each other... what an inspiration you 2 are..... totally hooked on watching your guys' progress... build chuck his own door... lol
Thanks again for a great insight into the building of your house. The way you two work together is a sign of a long lasting relationship and house. I wish you all the best.
You two are just work mules! You do great in double harness! I know your tired but your both young and will bounce back and your really building something to be proud of and it is all yours! I love to see young couples who can work together and accomplish something for themselves. When the kids are grown and gone you two will have many many many great memories and also have it on film. I wish you both the very best! I just love watching you work together and I also see you sort of let that dog supervise this job. It was about time you found him something to do!
You guys are awesome, a great example to the rest of the world. You seem to love and respect each other which is also good to see. Great work on the house too.
I love the idea for this Dormer for the entrance of the house. The peaked roof is a great idea, and will shed snow better. It's going to look very good.
Thanks Erin for giving my granddaughter inspiration..After watching your videos, she now wants to go into construction... She says if you can do it so can she.. oh and by the way she's only 12...👍👍
My youngest daughter (21 years old) is working for me and will be taking over the company. I have been in construction for over 45 years and in business for over 30. I think that women have an eye for detail. That is why Erin is so good at what she does and takes care of the family and farm animals too.

Incredible guys. You make it look easy and I know it’s not. Especially working a full time job, running a farm and raising 3 kids. All that and you are fantastic parents. There is a lot for you to be proud of.
Erin is like the new generation poster girl, "Rosie The Riveter" She can do it! Wife, Mom, and a great handyperson. Josh, please don't get mad at me for saying, beauty and the beast it's only a self-describing yet playful metaphor. While the entire homestead build progress is fun to watch you guys doing so, it's the great chemistry the two of you have together that also keeps me coming back for more. You guys rock!
Oh my, my heart was breaking watching y’all lift that wall. I wanted to jump in there and help. But, you got it! A little ingenuity and raw determination and you got it done. Heroic! Got job. Loved the clip of the little one spraying herself with the hose. Lol
Y'all never cease to amaze me. I don't think there is anything that y'all can't handle if you set your minds to it. Love you guys!!! Got a big kick out of watching little britches and the dog playin in the water in the background.
I love seeing you all working on your home and the other buildings you all are putting up and doing it yourselves and having fun doing it. I wish you all the best as you work to complete the addition to your home and may God continue to Bless your family.
Realy nice to see what's going to fill the open space. It's getting shape allready. Nice strong roof support! Every week I'm hoping to see your new episode. And many times you did post a new part. Thanks! Very good. Wish I made my own house too.
You got a pretty strong girl there, also a strong pretty girl. She is really a good worker and I’m sure a good mother and wife, a blessing. The whole family is a blessing to watch and experience your home build. Thanks 🙂
Josh never forget the super woman who is by your side ! Thank God for her, she is a rare jewel! She has given you a lot all she has!!! You can't ask for more!!!!!! Lots of love to both of you and to your wonderful family!!!! Lots of prayers going your way!?ll

Gee, that surprised me! Here I was thinking there were 2 dormers and boom, here comes another one! The spaciousness this will create is going to really make this floor plan nice!

And all the stuff that we don't see - cooking, grocery shopping, looking after three kids, and a farm!!! Wow! Are you home schooling too? It's great to see.
The kids were sure having fun with the water hose. Your old pup looked as though she was enjoying getting sprayed too. Y'all had me sweating with you trying to get that wall up and in place. Whew!😅
