INGREDIENTS
1. Chawal 1 cup (rice) 250ml
2. Chana dal half cup ½ 125ml
3. Urad dal white wali ⅓ cup 80ml
4. Moong dal yellow wali ¼ cup 60ml
5. Poha ⅛ 30ml
6. Zeera ¼teaspoon
7. Dhaniya Saboot ¼teaspoon
8. salt to taste⅓ teaspoon
9. Til white wale 1 teaspoon(sesame)
10. Ajwain half teaspoon (carom Seeds)
11. Adrak lahsun Ka pest one teaspoon
12. Oil 1 teaspoon
( Oil talne ke liye)
