For Sukuna and guts, build them in critical chance/dmg (look up a guide for this skill tree)
For Shanks, build in SPA but make sure your spa is slightly higher than his poison tick speed, as otherwise you won’t be getting all of his damage off; for the final selection in skill tree choose the 65% damage imo
For tatsumaki, build in spa and range. I would end her skill tree with the middle section, as that should guve you some extra range AND damage.
