ATX inverter generate very high frequency output.This may damage your appliances.So I converte high frequency ac to dc by rectifier diode.Now you can use it for Led light,lcd tv, filament bulb,mobile charger and may other things.But you can not use it for A.C Fan. Where is the schematic ? Are you sure it can handle 500W output ? Can it really handle 5 x 100W Bulbs ? why are you using transformator with ferrite core ?
Can not. It works with high frequencies and therefore changes it to DC (4x diode) at the output. Your TV is designed for 50-60Hz 220-240V AC. In addition, this inverter cannot withstand long-term loads.

It Centre tap transformer so 23swg wire maximum current is 1.15 ampere so 4 wire curent is 4.6 amp and the maximum power is 4.6x24= 110 watt
