I work in retail and if I saw someone hit another customer with their trolley deliberately I'd be calling security. Thankyou for the work you and your team put into all your content.
Call security and call police because she rammed you with her cart, and it's on video more than like because of the position of cameras. She could get charged with public disturbance along with a assault charge there honey. Should have called the police while you ware in line, she's going to keep doing that kinda stuff until she gets a reality check.
Thank goodness for this comment and this comment thread... I was watching this part like... what is the complete break-down of society that would allow this to happen?? You don't need to make a big production out of it, just quietly ask the staff to call security and if none are available, to call the police. There are usually always security cameras monitoring point of sale areas and I would ask for this footage. This poor woman... I hope she gets to follow up on this!
I had a woman do this to me 3 times. The first time I turned around & apologized because I thought I may have stepped back into her...eventhough I don't recall moving. Then I put more space between us. The second time I turned around & said please be mindful of your cart as I can't move up any farther. Then the third time she did it I just turned & said "QUIT HITTING ME WITH YOUR CART." She just stood there with this 'oh so polite smile'.....what a psycho. It was such a weird interaction.....I wondered what type of energy I was putting out to attract that!😂 Because I had literally just been helping this little old lady in front of me put her massive amounts of groceries up on the belt to be checked out....(I didn't have a cart, just some sushi in my hands that's how I could help granny.) I guess looking at it now, I'm glad I was between psycho & sweet old lady bcuz the rams with the cart would have broken sweet grandma, she was tiny!
The dog-owner with the out of control dog got embarrassed hearing the person training her dog praise her dog for not reacting. Like the woman with the out of control dog got embarrassed seeing someone successfully training a dog not to behave like hers does. Lmao
There was an old guy who used to walk his dog to the dog park, let him off leash, and fall asleep. A local dog walker and trainer let the dog (who wagging volunteered) join in all the training sessions. One day the old man didn't show, and a week later he returned with a walker and a boot. He'd fallen at home, the dog had alerted the neighbor and dragged her over to assist him and was so well behaved they had mistaken him for a service dog and taken him to the hospital with him. The dog walker listened to the story with a smile, and no one ever told him because he thinks his dog is a gift from God now.
I worked for a discount variety chain in Australia years ago. Had a lady at the register like the lady in the Trader Joes story. She was being soooo rude to another girl in the line who was very young and looked terrified. So I got on the intercom and said “attention, could the aged care nurse who is assisting the lady in (description of her clothes) please come to the registers to assist as their patient is having an episode”. She. Was. Speechless.
On the dog training- I once took my young Jack Russell to the park to train her to stop reacting to other dogs. She of course barked at every dog, giving me a chance to redirect her. One guy was also training his dog and we teamed up for a few minutes, training our dogs to wait before greeting each other. It was utter chaos and we were doing some good training when a Karen decides to yell at us to control our dogs. We just looked at each other and laughed. This could have been a great cutemeet, but I was 30 and he was about 60, so no go. But it’s a great memory.
i have a jack russel and so does my uncle they are two very different types. my uncles dog couldnt care less about other dogs but my dog wants to play with every dog she sees
@@schoolgirl4suzukiI know that tiktoker! She has another service dog called Jake who is the current one. The puppy is called Cider and she’s training him to take over from Jake - she’s not losing Jake either. Once he retires he’ll just be the pet dog 😊
Such a good "focus!" That's a great place to train distractions - although that particular Karen took distraction to a whole other level, which is sadly realistic for service animals and their handlers these days. That unhinged woman and her poor dog (who needs some actual love and direction) are the reason I decided not to get a service dog.
These stories remind me of my favorite male-Karen moment I had years ago. I was collecting donation items for a banquet (every year we work with the VA to do banquet fundraisers for veterans). So I went into this bar to pick up their donation and this man starts talking to me. Respect is big in my family so growing up I was always taught to say "Sir" or "Ma'am" when talking to an obvious elder to myself (I was around 25 at the time). So I was talking to the bartender about the donation and while they were going to get it the older man starts talking to me, asking questions. It was a relatively nice convo until I got the item and was leaving. I told the man "It was nice meeting you, Sir" and this dude literally lost his mind and started to berate me that he was "not a Sir" and that "Sir is my dad" (for my 25 year old self at the time this man was easily pushing late 50s). I just looked at the man and then the bartender and said "Oh... I am sorry. It was nice talking you Ma'am" then I turned and walked tf out without another word. All I heard as I was leaving was him yelling about "how the young people are so disrespectful" and the bartender laughing. Not a big victory, but I enjoyed the rest of my day afterward, lol.
A Karen snapped her fingers and called me her slave once. She yelled at me to help with her groceries at self-service. Another customer told her not to talk to me like that. Karen cusses her out. Karen continues to belittle me and I snapped to face her. Spoke softly so it forced her to hear me. "The next words you say, I hope gets spoken to your grand baby." It shut her up. She stopped talking. I finished scanning all her groceries while making ALL her fruit and veggies Organic Prices. Don't call someone in customer service a slave. GFC 😂🎉
OH HELL NOOOOOOOOO! That happened to me when I worked for Adidas. I turned my head and snapped! "Did you just snap your fingers at me??? Get out of this store and try to go pull that at Nike or under armor and see where that gets you "
I became an EMT at 18. I worked for a private ambulance company for a bit. The times we would pick up wealthy people out of downtown Chicago to take them to their appointments at clinics at the best hospitals and take them back home were frequent. For the most part they were polite but I’ll never forget this one old lady we used to get. My first time I was at the front of the stretcher and I asked my partner “what way to the elevator?” Before he could answer she goes “to the left where the dogs go.” Without thinking I said “It’s a shame they make you take that one!” She had no comeback. I never had to get her after that. 😂
There was way more going on but I wanted to cut it short and sweet. I'll have to post all the details on Charlotte's web. I'd love for her to read my experience in her mannerisms.
Props to the lady training her dog, most people filming in public get mad that people walk in front of the camera, but not this lady she was so chill. And she handled Karen like a champ, we need more people like this. Plus her puppy is cute❤
Some people were really something else. When I was a teenager, I worked my first job at a dollar store. One day, a lady walked in and asked where we kept the mothballs. I pointed her in the right direction, and she ended up buying every single one we had in stock. Her shopping cart was overflowing with nothing but boxes of mothballs-it was ridiculous. Honestly, it felt like a scene straight out of My Strange Addiction!
okay, not gonna lie, this is more common than you would think - I did a lot of theatre in my 20's and 30's and costume storage is a problem - a lot of theatres, even amdram, have rooms fulls of clothes that might not be used for months or years - moth balls and pouches are abundant and if they are on offer or a production is closing and things are going into storage then folks stock up
8:08 Ma'am, that is physical and verbal assault - you call security or the cops, and I'm kind of amazed the TJ staff didn't call them on her first! Trader Joes also has the right to refuse service to anyone. Just take her cart away from her and kick her out of the store.
I literally had someone yell at me at a bus stop because I gave a big yawn. It was 100 degrees out and she started yelling at me that I was complaining about her smoking. I looked at her and yelled right back, "lady I don't give a F you smoke, I just worked a 8 hour night shift and I am HOT". Surprised her so much she walked away.
You're lucky it doesn't irritate your nose. Occasionally I sneeze and "forget" to cover my mouth. Usually when I'm facing them. ETA: Pre-Covid. Although these days maybe I would revert to this behaviour.
I don't know how they interpreted a yawn as complaining for smoking, but if you're smoking in public in front of people there's bound to be people who don't like having smoke in their faces. The audacity of her to get mad, when she's being an inconvenience to other people, and for the record I would never publically complain to someone smoking because it's not on me to tell someone what they can or can't do, but if I have to pass near them I'd probably try to hold my breath or cough a bit if I breathe in the smoke. At that point, that person shouldn't get to yell at me for not liking my involuntary reactions to their smoking, when they're the ones exposing me to the dangers or passive smoking😤
@@declaracionespolemicasYears ago I had a co-worker adamantly and AGGRESSIVELY insist that smoking poses NO DANGER to ANYONE, that I myself was LYING about being ablento smell it on her, and ANYONE saying second-hand smoke was at all problematic to them was LYING... Like, Lady, FOR REAL?!? 🤯🙄
Okay PSA; In America, most public places fall under the first amendment, which means people can film you without your consent. They can also film you if you're on their property. Whether you think it's rude or not is not relevant. In Canada, Government property is private property, and restrictions may apply regarding filming.
I was at the post office one time and I smile at everyone. I’m friendly. Anyhow, I smile at this lady and she freaks out and screams at me: “DONT SMILE AT ME”!!!! I didn’t know how to react; I started laughing because it was so effing wild.
Literally idk how she was so calm!! I’ve worked on my anger a lot but if someone kept doing that with a shopping cart I would grab it and shove it right back!!
Our labrador retriever never minded passing small aggressively barking dogs. It frustrated the dogowners most of the times when he just ignored their dogs as if they didn't exist. We were always very proud of him. 😊
I am so very cunfuddled by what you describe - WHY would their yappy little pup being PROPERLY IGNORED by another dog... UPSET them??!?!??😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫 Nevertheless, I'd be proud of your pooch too! Good on ya for helping him be calm and happy 😊😊😊
I had a little Tenterfield Terrier who LOATHED other dogs. So much so that when passing them she'd get on my opposite side, or if they really failed the vibe check, she'd jump into my arms and silent growl at them on the way past. (she knew she wasn't allowed to growl but she'd silently do so at them until poked) I'll admit, I just chose to never train it out of her cause it was a useful trait, she didn't bark or make a scene, she'd just silently hate them and use me as a divider.
haha I've had two yorkies and they get small dog syndrome, they want to fight anything 10x the size of them. With my last yorkie I mostly just avoided other dogs when possible, but in the end started training her to be more social and we were getting to a place where she could approach smaller dogs without an issue. We were just starting on medium sized dogs when she got too sick to walk anymore.
It BLOWS my mind that those Traded Joe’s employees didn’t kick her out of the store when she’s 1) causing a scene while 2) physically assaulting people in front of them.
Cowards. The young lady should've pulled out her phone at the first sign of trouble, record the crazy woman assaulting and battering her, and the employees making no effort to try to stop someone from being hurt on their property....and filed multiple lawsuits against all parties applicable.
They are locked in a boat with the staff. I would love to work on this boat and be a fucking petty worker. I will scream if you scream, I will work every second to be a karens living hell. Just give them reasons to actually call the manager, it will be a stoned little guy asking the karen if she is really sure the sandwich is a reason to yell, even though she ordered a bjrger because it is basically the same 😂
I was once standing behind this big angry man at a clothing store when there was a power failure and they were still processing transactions on a backup system, but the card machines were on the fritz so they were doing manual forms which had all these questions about the card holder and account address etc. This dude was over 6ft tall and losing his shit about all the questions all over this sweet elderly lady who was only about 4ft as it was and shrinking under his borage of abuse. I tapped him on the shoulder and started yelling at him about how this was a company procedure for his account safety and how he's holding up the rest of us who want to get on with our lives so he must just hurry the F up already. He blinked in astonishment, turned back to her to answer all the questions like a normal human being and, when he walked off, I said loudly to the cashier "I'm sorry he was such a dick, try not let him ruin your day" and was super nice and friendly to her. Lol.

Hayley is training her dog to be a cardiac alert dog. Her dog needs to be focused on Haylee in be able to alert her if her heart rate spikes. Thus training is to stop him reacting to distractions.
I am a Manager at a locally owned franchise. I say this bc I get to stand up to Karen’s, my boss lets me. If they are wrong, and are talking down to other shoppers or my employees, I stand up for them. If they don’t calm down, they’re kicked out. We have a wall of shame. It’s one of my favorite parts of the job anymore, bc there are so many people who think they can treat retail or food workers like crap with no repercussions, so it always comes as a surprise. Had a lady argue about the price of a puzzle once for like ten minutes, and she did not like me standing up against her. She left saying, “I have never been treated like this in my life” when all I did was defend our prices. No name calling, just defending our business.
At my favorite job ever, (independently owned pharmacy) whenever the people started to get nasty (and we were right next to an adult-only community full of cranky elderly people), he'd stand up dramatically, point at the door and bellow "GET OUT OF MY STORE, NOBODY TREATS MY EMPLOYEES LIKE GARBAGE". He'd name and shame and they'd slink out never to return. It was instant gratification at it's finest.
I worked in retail for several years during college and after I graduated. Food service and retail are literally the worst. So many terrible customers.
My dog barks a lot, and she’s a bigger dog than what that Karen had, I would be apologizing for my dog’s behavior, not doubling down… I guess in that case it’s like owner, like dog 😂
We have a Maltese named Monty, whom we adopted from a funeral home. We don't really know what happened to him before we got him, but he becomes possessed when he sees a dog he doesn't know. He's old af, 4kgs, and only has a few teeth but still thinks he can take on a pit bull 🙄 If we are walking him and he starts acting a fool, we quickly pick him up, apologise, and walk off embarrassed. The audacity of this woman to berate other people for her crazy dog's behaviour is wild, I could never.
@@Wolfina1I agree with Charlotte on this a lot of times. Your dog is a reflection of yourself. That dog is crazy and barky because their owner is crazy and boisterous. My dogs are calm and friendly and stubborn as hell because they're a reflection of me. Money if you took that little dog and you put it in a home where people were calm and kind to each other and had patience with the dog. The dog would learn how to be a good dog.
@@LLandS18 This! My dog is anxious as all getout, but a total love bug once he opens up. Exactly like me lmao. I'm still working on his exposure therapy with the big wide world to help him relax more.
The cart situation: The moment she rams her cart into the lady it's aggravated assault.... so you turn around and start pushing it back into her until she's "no longer a threat." Then call the police promptly.
I would do the opposite. I would pull it and go running all the way to the other side of the store and run back to checkout because I’m probably physically fitter than her and I’ll leave her to deal with the cart wherever I left it
Period! I'm disabled (don't look like it bc I'm young, it's my back which ppl can't see, etc.) and if someone rammed their cart into me it would hurt me for weeks, possibly months. No way I would take that. Idc if it hurt me more at that point, I would absolutely throw the cart right back into her.
5:05 There was a lady on our street that would time her walks (with her dog) for when my mom would walk her dog just because the lady's dog lost its mind every time she(?) saw my mother's dog. So, this obviously gave the lady an excuse to cuss my mother out since she (my mom) was obviously at fault for walking on the other side of the street minding her own business, along with her dog. People, man..
🤬🤬 *Oh hell nah! Absolutely NOT! If this were MY Momma and some lunatic b!tch were to go out of pocket on her, like this... I would ROCK the orange jumpsuit! Because I definitely would have caught a charge!*
The tesla one seemed a little bit of a set up...she said it was on the tesla app. I have a home charger that I have listed because I would let someone use it rather than they run out of juice... I would never be mad if someone was using it or just start filming them to put them on a Karen website ...just saying!!
Sorry, if you put your charger on the app and I think I can use it. And then you sit beside me, filming and giggeling like an idiot, I would be irritated too. Feels like this is the guys way to get content and feel cool. But he is just as rude as everybody else.
The nice thing to do was asked first. Asked if I can use it. It is polite. You put your Tesla charger on app, I want to use it knowing this is a private charger. The first thing I do is asked if I can use it. Be polite, people.
For the Trader Joe's incident: Down here in the south we would fight in the parking lot lolz in the north i am going to ask "Ma'am you hear my drawl? You really wanna get in a fight with someone who will willingly tame a gator?"
My anxiety over people waiting for me (to take pics at a gorgeous spot in Sydney), almost ruined my proposal 😂. I tried to walk away twice while my then bf tried to get up the courage to ask. The video we have is hilarious. He finally dropped to one knee saying "I don't know how to do this". Makes a great story.🥰
@DMWBN3 My husband knows how much I love pictures so he had our friends take pics and a video. I love them so much! The moments go by so fast that I love looking at them. 😊
@@kristindrawbert4104 My fiancé proposed on a beach at sunrise while we were on vacation. Now we had already talked about it and went to pick out the ring together so it wasn't a surprise. So he got back down on one knee and recreated the proposal so we have pictures. It was really cool.
I did this once, years before Karen’s. She jumped the line in front of me and dared me to complain. I grabbed her cart and sailed it down the aisle and told her where she could shove it. Nowadays I wouldn’t dare since they are all insane.
Cider is such a good pup! I've been watching Haylee's videos training him since he was so small (he is taking over for her medical and cardiac alert service dog Jake when he retires), and he has come so far! He's going be an incredible aide
The Trader Joe’s employees should have stepped in. It’s kinda crazy that they just stood there and watched her basically get assaulted in their store and did nothing. They should have at minimum kicked that lady out of the store.
AGREED! Any job I've ever had, when there was an unruly customer that tried to complain about me to my higher ups, my managers NEVER sided w/them. Here I was, afraid to get in trouble, because "The customer's always right." Meanwhile, my managers (God bless them) would, instead, tell me "It's not your fault. You don't deserve that." &kick the jerk out!
Honestly. I think as a whole we need to start holding people accountable. And be JUST as agressive as they are. Actions have consequences. If that lady rammed into her, police, assault charges. OR be louder. It's unfortunate that no one did anything.
10:45 So Ive been standing here watching this video trying to call my dogs inside while they ignore me. Charlotte does this high-pitched scream and they both immediately came inside 😂 It was like some kind of dog whistle effect.
Fr, that’s well hilarious. My fur baby does that nearly 90 degree confused doggo head cock thing when Charlotte does that adorable laughter shriek or shouts “SUBSCRIBE!”
Fruit with Tajin is also one of my favorite snacks! When I studied abroad, my mom literally had to have a big bottle of tajin shipped to me (along with other important stuff). This made me so happy! Charlotte! I love you more than ever!
Teaching us what Gaslighting is and then doing it to us at the end. Absolutely love it. How are we supposed to learn if we don't get to practice being gaslit? Thank you for all you do!
There's a quote that my husband and I use all the time for people who are toxic. It's from a Kentucky coach who said (I'm paraphrasing), "You put one pinch of poop in the ice cream and you ruin the whole ice cream. You are the poop in the ice cream." 😂
“It’s because you’re pretty!” No but literally. Had a Karen get mad at me at work, cause she was popping off and I politely asked if there was anything else I can do for her (at that point she was just yelling to yell and I don’t have to take abuse from random strangers) She got PISSED 😂 even more pissed when she asked for a manger and told her I was one 😂
4:45 she's actually here on RUclips! She makes videos about her service dogs and spreading awareness. Such as what her old service dog did (he's retiring and the dog in the tiktok, cider is going to take over) and shows people who try to touch and mess with her service dog and sometimes the people are apologetic while others act entitled. And some include some good people who actually ignore the dog like they should and talk to her. And usually it's parents teaching their kids about service dogs and to leave them alone. Absolutely love her channel, and I'm happy to see one of her tiktoks on here!
I love the employee at the end. Her reaction to that customer is how i feel when dealing with rude customers or ones who can't read signs or follow simple directions to get to a product.
My dog is a blossoming petty potatoe. Not only does she watch Charlotte with me, but when the vet gave her a vaccine last and tried to follow up with a treat, she took the treat, spat it out, and then gave the vet the side eye. 😂😂
Those people selling fresh fruit are amazing! They are out there when it's 115 selling the most amazing fresh fruits ready to eat! Yes they have permits as required and it's not an easy job! It's truly one of those times to say don't knock it or them until you've walked in their shoes!
Anyone who walks up to a street vendor and informs them that "this is not Tijuana" is the biggest A-hole in my book. The vendor matched his energy and de-escalated him a little, but I would have just ignored him like he didn't exist.

Here's a story for you. Crazy a** people story. I broke my ankle, tibia, and fibula into shreds. I was told I may never walk again after all the plates and screws etc. 8 months later, and not being allowed to walk without a walker or cart, I went to the store. My ex-husband drove me. I had my ex-husband put the walker into the cart so that I could use the cart as a walker. Blatently obvious from my leg in boot and still casts in other areas. I used a cart to get an item from the shelf, and this nutcase grabbed it with such force that I slammed on the floor while holding onto cart. She had 2 kids with her that were teens, and they said, " What the heck, mom?" I slammed hard, and she proceeds to tell me to get the f out of the way. I screamed, and as her kids tried to get me up and apologize for their mother. My ex-husband ran from 2 aisles over and 3 employees from my screams. She saw them and took off out of the store. Evil coward! It still bothers me what she did and the audacity to yell at me as if it was my fault. Hey, nut case, it's all on camera! The pain was excruciating.! My whole backside was bruised to boot. They never did catch her. I had to suck it up with further medical bills and x-rays and more pain. In an ironic twist, I still think about her kids who yelled at her and tried to help me. They are probably adults now, and I hope they are okay. I'm thankful for young teens who stood up for me, and I'm sure they got wrath after that from their mother. In case they read this, I'm proud of you for standing up to your evil mom and helping me!

Saaaame. I hate most other dog owners around me, though. Don’t leash them, don’t clean up their poop, and when I put up a sign asking people to clean poop off the stairs, my dog owning downstairs neighbor screamed she would cut my throat and burn me. 🤦♀️
Thanks for being one of the good ones! As a non pet owner, due mostly to allergies, I don't want to have contact with animals and some dog owners seem personally offended that I don't want their dogs jumping on me. 2 times lately had a dog owner let their dog crowd me off a walking path, then be offended with ME when they said "He's friendly" and I said (with a smile and normal tone of voice) "Sorry, I'm allergic" which I don't feel I should have to apologize for or explain, but they both treated me like I was being rude! One accused me of "freaking out" so I told her that I just SAW her dog jump on the person on the path in front of me and maybe she should actually control her dog! 🤦♀️

The proper response to the double-wide Karen with dog: "Bad girl! No! Bad girl! Üsh!" _(that last "word" is one I've always used with my dogs to simulate "hush," but it's easier for doggos to comprehend as it's one short staccato sound that you can really deepen your voice on)_ 😉
My husband and I refuse to go on a cruise. We don't want to be trapped on a boat. We like to explore, eat with the locals, etc. Our best friends just went on a cruise and it was awful. They came home so sick, the husband had puss coming out of his eyes. Did I mention cruise ships are dirty and there are sick people everywhere?
I had my dog in a downstay at the park for distraction training. I was filming so I could go over his training (he was an obedience show dog). Some guy stomped by me and walked directly at my dog screaming he was going to kick him if I didn't move him out of his way. We were in a FIELD not on a path. In fact we were at the very edge of the field. I yelled at him that if he touched my dog, it would be the last act of his life. He turned and started to stomp towards me and I stepped forward, pulled my jacket aside showing him my weapon. I said, keep coming. He told me to f off and stomped away. To this day I have no clue what he was up too as I had never seen him before this or even after.

You were allowed to say it just as we are allowed to not follow your request because we dont care about your opinion" "Okay i am going to involve police in the matter then!" That a clown bringing up freedom of speech and then immediately involving police ...
Freedom of speech from Congress... From the public/private citizens...? No, you can say whatever you want, but you will have consequences for being an idiot.
To the girl who asked what do I do, the first thing you do is politely say back the f up, then tell her the last person who rammed me with their cart never walked again. Act super badass and scare the crap out of them. Just be Tony Soprano and Reacher for the day.
A few years ago, for our annual girly Holliday, it was my friend Manu’s turn to book the accommodation in Marbella. Manu is very organised but for some reason this time she missed the small print and accidentally booked in a kids resort. I don’t mean kid friendly, I mean kid focused! Performance area near the pool, just kids and grandparents everywhere. We were so out of place it was hilarious. We saw the funny side, popped our bubbly and had an absolutely wonderful time. When the kids got too much, we took ourselves to some grown up excursions. Chill people. Life is not that serious and you will have a better time of it if you don’t sweat the small stuff ;)
That one guy getting worried about more carts being on the corners. It's like having amazing Mexican food right outside your front door. I wouldn't be complaining.
I had a male teacher in 8th grade that told us at the beginning of the year that if he drew a scull and crossbones on the blackboard, we were to know he was in a bad mood. Only saw it once the whole year.
I'm pretty sure he did this for content. I saw the original video, and a ton of people were commenting on it. It wouldn't have been listed in the app if he hadn't registered it as a public charger.
Charlottes creepypasta style grin @8:34 literally had me bust out laughing, im using this technique next time I encounter a Karen or a creepy dude 😂😂😂😂 genius
The Taylor Swift part! 😆 I don't give two cents about Swift, but I've always thought she looks like that one character who dies first in a horror movie. 🤣
OMG Charlotte, you SAVED me at work with this video. I was so done and fed up. Saw this on my break and made my day better. I know that’s what you live for babe. Keep SLAYIIINNGGGGG QUEEN
Yeah it was super weird how no staff helped at all. Id be calling that store out and never go there.
It was such a weird interaction.....I wondered what type of energy I was putting out to attract that!😂 Because I had literally just been helping this little old lady in front of me put her massive amounts of groceries up on the belt to be checked out....(I didn't have a cart, just some sushi in my hands that's how I could help granny.)
I guess looking at it now, I'm glad I was between psycho & sweet old lady bcuz the rams with the cart would have broken sweet grandma, she was tiny!
For the woman who purposely hit the lady with the buggy, I would have smiled said 'Bless your heart' and called the police to have her arrested.
The dog-owner with the out of control dog got embarrassed hearing the person training her dog praise her dog for not reacting. Like the woman with the out of control dog got embarrassed seeing someone successfully training a dog not to behave like hers does. Lmao
Right? Just, “Oh what you trying to say my dog’s NOT a good dog?”

That's so lovely! My neighbor and I both have reactive dogs, so we're helping each other out by working together to socialize them both better.
i have a jack russel and so does my uncle they are two very different types. my uncles dog couldnt care less about other dogs but my dog wants to play with every dog she sees

Only a Karen would yell at someone training a future Service Dog.
Look at puppy's vest, it even says Service puppy on it. Such a good puppy!❤🐾🐾
And she needs to train hers!!
So adorable
Your reply to the man made me laugh so hard. 😂😂😂
A Karen snapped her fingers and called me her slave once. She yelled at me to help with her groceries at self-service. Another customer told her not to talk to me like that. Karen cusses her out. Karen continues to belittle me and I snapped to face her. Spoke softly so it forced her to hear me. "The next words you say, I hope gets spoken to your grand baby."
It shut her up.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Right!? Just training her dog to NOT behave like Karen's dog did!
My 4 legged goddaughter is unfortunately like Karen's dog there, except like 5x as big.
well, people walking in front of the camera was kind of the point, so it would be even more silly for her to be annoyed by it.
Such excellent training!
It also showcased how good her puppy was doing with all the traffic, yet pupper stayed on point.
What in the world...... What did she do with all those..... I'm so curious. Lol
okay, not gonna lie, this is more common than you would think - I did a lot of theatre in my 20's and 30's and costume storage is a problem - a lot of theatres, even amdram, have rooms fulls of clothes that might not be used for months or years - moth balls and pouches are abundant and if they are on offer or a production is closing and things are going into storage then folks stock up
@cro3747 That's interesting! Thank you.

Exactly. Outdo their crazy, and because they're cowards, they'll back off. Yawning is also how we cool our brain, FYI.
just thought abt the “yeah she’s a loud yawner” from the adventurous adventures of one direction lmfaoo
Our labrador retriever never minded passing small aggressively barking dogs. It frustrated the dogowners most of the times when he just ignored their dogs as if they didn't exist. We were always very proud of him. 😊
I’m so grateful when my yappy dachshund (still in training) passes a dog that ignores him. My pup feels their calm energy and doesn’t react. 😊

A well trained dog doesn't act a fool

Immediate thumbs up for speaking facts about Swiftie culture in general
It’s a cult at this point
Karen: “I have never been treated like this in my life.” And there lies the problem.

The cart situation: The moment she rams her cart into the lady it's aggravated assault.... so you turn around and start pushing it back into her until she's "no longer a threat." Then call the police promptly.
Yup. This! ❤
That would be assault and battery. Aggravated assault is when serious bodily injury results from the battery.

Cider is such a good pup! I've been watching Haylee's videos training him since he was so small (he is taking over for her medical and cardiac alert service dog Jake when he retires), and he has come so far! He's going be an incredible aide
Such a good pup! ❤
The Trader Joe’s employees should have stepped in. It’s kinda crazy that they just stood there and watched her basically get assaulted in their store and did nothing. They should have at minimum kicked that lady out of the store.
100%!!!
I would have 100% called police. That behavior is unacceptable.
Right, cart to the lower back?? That could cause bodily problems
Honestly. I think as a whole we need to start holding people accountable. And be JUST as agressive as they are. Actions have consequences. If that lady rammed into her, police, assault charges. OR be louder. It's unfortunate that no one did anything.
23:25 CHARLOTTE OMG 😂😂😂😂😂 the sheer lack of hesitation you had when that statement fell out of your face hole 😂😂
23:38 "you were thinking it too, YOU WERE THINKING IT TOO!" I can't stop laughing, Intrusive THOUGHTS CHARLOTTE 😂😂
I was!!! 🤣🤣

10:45 So Ive been standing here watching this video trying to call my dogs inside while they ignore me. Charlotte does this high-pitched scream and they both immediately came inside 😂 It was like some kind of dog whistle effect.
HAHAHAHA
LOLOL
LOL!! Maybe have the as a clip, and see if it keeps working for you? 🤔😉
That is hilarious. (From an equally ignored dog owner.)
Just when we couldn't love Charlotte any more...we find out she has a great taste in snacks!❤
Teaching us what Gaslighting is and then doing it to us at the end. Absolutely love it. How are we supposed to learn if we don't get to practice being gaslit? Thank you for all you do!
What is the over use of this word these days? Seems everyone's using it and I don't really fully know what it means. But im getting it... 😊
@@DMWBN3 What’s up with you and your negativity in the comment section? Lol
@@DMWBN3 thanks for showing us you're a pro at gaslighting others.

There's a quote that my husband and I use all the time for people who are toxic. It's from a Kentucky coach who said (I'm paraphrasing), "You put one pinch of poop in the ice cream and you ruin the whole ice cream. You are the poop in the ice cream." 😂
My Dad just calls them a turd in the punchbowl.
Omg I love it 😂😂😂😂😅
“It’s because you’re pretty!” No but literally.
Had a Karen get mad at me at work, cause she was popping off and I politely asked if there was anything else I can do for her (at that point she was just yelling to yell and I don’t have to take abuse from random strangers)
She got PISSED 😂 even more pissed when she asked for a manger and told her I was one 😂
I adore Charlotte. If I'm having a bad personality day, I've couch, bed, or patio. No interactions. The wind carries the mood away.
@lilibetmargaret Right!? She is my bestieee that doesnt know meeeeeee. Lol.
She said don't "patronize me" 😂
😂 that's amazing ❤
😂😂😂😂
Omg how funny love that
That side eye said "How are you not EMBARRRAAASSEDDD!!!"'
Those people selling fresh fruit are amazing! They are out there when it's 115 selling the most amazing fresh fruits ready to eat! Yes they have permits as required and it's not an easy job! I lived in SoCal for 12 years and always supported these hard working people! I even learned to speak Spanish from them! It's truly one of those times to say don't knock it or them until you've walked in their shoes!
That's so awesome of you
The cart owner in this video was great. He stood up for himself and de-escalated the situation at the same time. Bravo!
Anyone who walks up to a street vendor and informs them that "this is not Tijuana" is the biggest A-hole in my book. The vendor matched his energy and de-escalated him a little, but I would have just ignored him like he didn't exist.
I live in CA Central Valley and they are everywhere! It's awesome!!!
I don’t understand what old mate was complaining about the sign, he wanted it shifted? Was it blocking traffic visibility? But pretty rude opening, cart man did well in his response.
If they had a Karen themed cruis the husbands would have to sign them up bc yk they’ll be in denial 😂I can imagine the welcome once they’re floating off “GOOD EVENING TO ALL THE KARENSSSS”😂😂😂😂😂
If someone hit me with their cart I would immediately defend my self. Don’t ever let ppl touch your body with their hands or objects. Practice active self protection don’t let your self be a victim. This is America 🇺🇸 🦅
Not everywhere is America, thankfully. I’m American as hell, born on the 4th of July, but we got problems.
Yeah I'd immediately call the cops and press charges. Great advice Charlotte. My mom's advice was always to go crazy on them
‘Murica!!!
@nummulite99 😂Yes!!
I say it all the time. My favorite is in the movie Team America where they say
"America, Fawk Yeah!”
Freaking Hilarious.😁😁 It's an old silly movie. Back in da day my friends and I would throw it in sentences all the time. Just being silly. Good times.
✌🏾-n-❤
It’s always good to hear when other people have public bathroom anxiety. Makes me feel less alone.
Yesss, I can do a wee okay in a public bathroom but anything else, NOPE. It's the horror of being a line after you so the person that goes in after you smells you and if they see you again after that they're gonna remember you 😭😂
"what you need all that bleach for?.."
Charlotte: "I hope you're drinking it"
Charlotte: "You were thinking it too!"
I love how Charlotte can make me question my own guilt and feel culpable, even when I wasn't thinking it at all. I just accepted my fate and agreed, "yep, I was!". lol
💘 YOUR VIDEOS!! Keep up the great work!
Props to the woman doing a fantastic job training her pup! ❤🐕 The other lady was just jealous cuz her dog was Taz as in the Warner Bros. Tasmanian Devil. 😂😂😂😂
Ouf, I absolutely WOULD be matching the energy of the karen with the cart. My self defense mechanism is the puffer fish 😂
I would have wanted to kick her cart “this is Sparta” style but be too afraid I’D be the one kicked out 😅
😂😂😂
Me too.
Huge swiftie here! but also a huge charlotte dobre fan as well, you could never make me hate you my adorable loud potato queen ❤
Hi fellow Swiftie/Charlotte fan 👋
I am a dog-owner, we DO NOT CLAIM HERRRRR
Yeah, we have some rotten apples in the dog parents club.
@MaidOfPasta Same! There are plenty of us good dog parents out there.
It's a shame. Maybe there should be a human training course, then a mandatory dog training course to become a dog parent.
I'd do it. My baby's worth it.
Miserable people shouldn’t be aloud to own pets (unless it helps them become not miserable)
I live in NYC, a native New Yorker. I've had my fair share of interactions with people throughout my life with people that charlotte had in CVS. I always respond with "you aren't important enough to pay attention or respond to."
I live way over in Oregon and I’ve had encounters with 2 women who were definitely/actually from NYC. 😂
Great reason
And what do they say back?
@@AmethystEyesexactly, they had already 'paid attention or responded', by saying such to the other. 🤷🤦
@@AmethystEyes The typical arguing back. and of course I reiterate what I said previously, "you aren't important enough for me to pay attention to for me to respond to you."
8:53 I totally agree with this. I can be having a fantastic day, and one person can ruin it all by doing something rude to me. And then my entire mood changes.
OMG @Charlotte you just told my story. I’m hoarse and have to clear my throat a lot. Lady in line yelled at me for coming out with the cold or flu. I calmly said ma’am I have thyroid cancer and it’s not contagious. She turned bright red and left with tail between her legs and nothing from her shopping basket 😂😂😂
I’m imagining her devil horns flopped down to her ears too. 😂 I’m sure that reaction of hers will only be valid for 3.5 seconds and she’ll search for someone else to pick on.

I think it’s really unprofessional that the staff or a manager DIDN’T step in, when I work a service job I always put myself between bullies and good customers.
Exactly. ❤
It's a Trader Joes in NYC, the last eff was given before the hire.

13:47: Those fruit carts are all over LA and let me tell you something, they are THE BOMB! $5 gets a bag of whatever fruit you want cut up with fresh lemon & lime juice squeezed in and that special seasoning. It gets all shaken up and mixed together and it's probably one of the healthiest, most refreshing, tastiest street food snacks you can get. I like mine with mango, pineapple, banana, and cantaloupe. If I see one on my way home today I'm stopping!
Am I the only one clocking the bleach lady as suspicious? The fact that she was running in there like that asking for bleach, makes me think is she the next Dateline story.
I came to the comments just to see if anyone else was mildly alarmed by the bleach lady...
Maybe I watched a little too much true crime and there’s some bad stain she needs to prevent from setting in, but without much context and how she came in I’m going to assume she possibly might have gameovered someone.

The proper response to the double-wide Karen with dog: "Bad girl! No! Bad girl! Üsh!"
_(that last "word" is one I've always used with my dogs to simulate "hush," but it's easier for doggos to comprehend as it's one short staccato sound that you can really deepen your voice on)_ 😉
8:36 The way you went full banshee... Couldn't possibly love your more, queen.
A cruise is a nightmare by itself. Especially adding a Karen.

A few years ago, for our annual girly Holliday, it was my friend Manu’s turn to book the accommodation in Marbella. Manu is very organised but for some reason this time she missed the small print and accidentally booked in a kids resort. I don’t mean kid friendly, I mean kid focused!
