I don't enjoy using the meta slave characters of Bennet, Xingqiu or Xiangling and I like forcing off field havy characters into front loader roles like this. I'm glad this video exists.
- If you don't have any of the 4* weapons mentioned, "Harbinger of Dawn" and "Cool Steel" are also very good f2p weapons! HoD provides a decent Cdmg and Cool steel giving a 26% bonus dmg on Hydro/Cryo affected enemies, although the ATK% main stat can be useless, you're using a on-field furina anyways so ATK% aren't really that wasted. Also, Iron sting at R5 can be a very good alternative, the 24% overall DMG bonus is really good, I like using it on a taser team so that the EM isn't fully wasted. - Sacrificial sword can be used as well, not only with it's High ER, but you can also do the arkhe alignment trick to double trigger craballeta's attack instances. - Heart of Depths artifact is also pretty nice if you plan on building a hybrid Furina, which benefits slight of her NA and elemental skill. Or Pale flame if you wish to do phys furina.
So true, though those have some rather... limiting caveats 😅 HoD's main problem is the above 90% hp requirement. Considering Furina's summons drain hp at an alarming rate, the weapon passive... Is probably useless most of the time, especially when you the fact that enemies will damage her as well. As for cool steel, it's quite good but limits the team comps to just freeze and mono hydro. I still think something versatile like Festering, pipe or the aot sword is better to freely switch teams IMO 😅

(Sorry if i sound dumb) Members: Nahida, Benny, Chongyun(melt dps),Furina(vape dps) (Dumb)Rotation: Nahida Burst,Nahida Skill, Benny Burst and Skill,Furina Burst,Skill, Chongyun Skill Burst. The burning reaction will avoid the pyro to get consumed by the Melt and Vape, but if it wears off, Just Nahida E and Benny E to aplly it again!
THERE YOU ARE! I've been looking for this! Been searching on youtube for "Furina main DPS" and this is what I meant! The most active character of the party. I'm a returnee and just got Furina. I really like her to be my on-fielder. Currently I'm testing out ways to make it work. So far, I've concluded Festering Desire as her go to weapon because of the ER. If you could use it frequently, paired with a strong healer, this is where her damage comes from. The artifact set, I forgot the name, that gives you normal attack damage bonus and 36% crit rate for full set. This is to minimize the pain on getting that rare crit rate substat. If I'm not mistaken, substats also have a rarity of their own and the common substats will enhance far easier than rare ones like crit rate and crit damage. For her sands, I don't know between atk% or hp%; maybe atk% to keep things balanced; she already has high hp for her friends to base their damage from whereas she as little to no atk for her normal attacks, HydroDMG Goblet and CritDMG Circlet. For their substats, think I'll go with crit damage, Hp% until 40k max hp if possible and ~60% crit rate counting the artifact set and weapon. Second is Zhongli for -20% strip everything with maybe Archaic Petra Set. Weapon should be Favonius. Third is Candace for normal attack hydro infusion. I don't know which artifact sets I'll go with. Weapon should be Favonius. Fourth is Jean with Viridescent Venerer for hydro resist strip. Weapon should be Favonius. If Jean cannot maintain her burst, then swap zhongli for sucrose i guess; not sure about kazuha, I'm a returnee after all. Sucrose will have the viridescent set and Jean will have Maiden Beloved. Not a very F2P friendly line-up considering how many five stars are involved. If you don't have jean, maybe kokomi can get the job done or barbara when all hope is lost. Maybe Furina is okay with blackcliff. Her friends and her normal attack can benefit from its mid crit damage considering the 36% crit rate from her artifacts. Just like the Festering Desire sword, only her summon can reap its skill; for the blackcliff, Furina can reap the weapon's skill IF there are lots of monsters, not good against bosses. I don't know whether Jean's healing can keep Furina's hp to above 90%. If so, then Harbinger of Dawn looks, and sounds promising and is probably better than Festering Desire, needs more testing. The reason why HoD is better is because both Furina and her friends can benefit from the crit rate and crit damage; whereas blackcliff weapon skill only benefits Furina but its substats benefits both and as for the Festering Desire, only her friends can reap from the weapon's skill. For her energy recharge, since she'll be the main character, no ER% would probably suffice since she'll be going with 3 supporting characters with favonius weapons, i don't know. When going with Sucrose, maybe someone can pull off the Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers catalyst. They just have to figure out the right rotation. I forgot about xinqui. I think he gives hydro damage bonus and hydro resist reduction. Suggestions, tips, advice or whatever are welcome when relating to making Furina the main character.

I lost 50/50 with Keqing, i have had my account since the release of the game but my friend gave me his account where he got Furina literally after arriving Monstadt lol So i decided to abandon it and keep Furina, leaving behind Diluc, and Eula I also had Mona c2, Keqing, and Nilou but i didn't liked any of them In exchange i have to level him up in a different account until he has the same progress he has on his main account that is in Europe because my account is on America and we want to play together

Unless you can make her that her hp is always higher than 90%, I suggest just using Festering, fav, or the pipe sword
