Totally was thinking the same. They keep pushing her aside to"give chances" to younger dancers, instead of considering her abilities. They look more at the face than the dancer it seems sometimes...
I always find the prettiest ballet dancers are the ones with very long legs, it just gives such a magical view! That girl who did the last try with Harrison to get the part(around2:45) was just so amazing to watch!

I have a question - why do so many female dancers wear their tights OVER their leotards? It doesn’t make sense to me, because when worn traditionally, underneath, the leotards help keep the crotch of the tights in place, instead of sagging a bit.
Harrison has definitely been working on strength. Lauren is a damn good dancer, but they haven't found the right role for her yet. In a way, she's slightly too old for this group. The teachers are super excellent.
