I think a great addition would be limiting teams to a certain number of games a "season." So if they win, say, 4 games, they can't play again until the other remaining teams have each played 4 games. Helps balance out the teams that are successful in winning games so they don't just become automatic targets.

You should make an imperialism vid where the roster a team gets is randomized, where a school like UMass could get Alabama’s roster, or Georgia could get Vanderbilt’s roster. It would just be up to luck for which roster a team gets.
For randomized starting locations, you could start with a normal map and then spin the wheel twice. Switch the starting locations of those two schools and then remove them from the wheel. When you're done, you'll have a scrambled map for a new imperialism. You could even include the blank states on the wheel, so you'll end up with blank spots scattered through the country instead of clustered in the Rockies and New England.
I know I’m late but Louisiana tech fan here! In 2013 -2014 we had Carlos Henderson and Trent Taylor for WR and they went on to be the leading receivers for the school and for QB we had Cody Sokol and on defense we had Xavier woods Vernon butler those guys were straight dawgs on defense✔️👍🏻
