Great video! However, there is something I feel I should mention: When the globe is spinning, the grayed-out map when it moves around the back of the globe looks like it is backing up. The grayed-out map should be flipped horizontally to preserve the illusion that the globe is 3-dimensionally spinning. Just a detail I noticed. Also, to improve the realism,, instead of a pure black background, I used a starfield to simulate outer space.
