GReat, great video Stuart. This is still my dream plane and the most beautiful jet for me of all times. The reall one and EPO one. I have crashed mine on the second flight but I will have another someday. Beautiful flying and the sound is just amazing. Thanks for posting my friend and greetings from Slovenia, Pilot Robert
I think that I stall it. But we really can say for sure. Maybe I had signal loss. Still I hope to have this baby someday again. Cheers my friend, Robert
Nice review Stuart, and a fun flight! And a really big "Howdy-do Welcome" from the Texas crew. Looking forward to you doing some really great stuff with Motion EU! Looks like a 262 will be in my hangar at some point.
" ... just one more pass ... " and then splash! Better add that phrase to the same never-say-aloud list that "Just one more flight ..." is on. Awesome stuff Stuart! Welcome to MotionRC. Looks like you are having a great time and that is indeed what counts! I have yet to ever own this 262 but I'll admit, seeing this V2 handily tear across the skies has me reaching for the CC.
Great to see you driving the stix Stuart. Cool #Landing, although it seems you forgot to mount floats. The ME 262 entered the war at the right time. Any earlier and the air war might have had a different outcome.
That looks like a very nice flying plane! I admire you diving in after it too Stu! It is a good thing that you didn't rely on the main camera for all of the footage. That camera and the person operating it are not a good fit for the level of quality we're used to seeing on this channel. Luckily that action cam helped bridge that gap.
GBLynden's RC certainly the action cam did help, but seeing as this was the first time shooting with a brand new unknown camera, we're pretty very with the results and grateful for the help.
@@barucordaz1128 This model likes to land hot, so you need to literally fly it down into the ground. You can't just cut the throttle and float it down. The nacelles also cause very low ground clearance so any less than perfect landing will cause a strike. If you have never flown anything, recommend to start with a propeller plane. EDFs are tricky, and the Me 262 is not the easiest EDF to fly.
@@barucordaz1128 Yes I agree it is an absolutely beautiful model. For Me 262, you need to maintain the speed during landing, or it will tip stall and crash. This means you must keep some low throttle during landing and fly it into the ground. Not everyone is comfortable doing this. Usually, propeller trainer planes can float at very low speed, so to land you just completely cut the throttle and the plane will float into the ground. The Me 262 is not very easy to fly.
Mat K actually on the splash down flight I went 40+ seconds over my timer, completely my fault. I was lucky, no damage, let it dry in the blazing hot sun and was ready to go 30mins later. This V2 262 is one tough bird!
Stuart Warne Bloody Nora it must suck the juice. It is a beautiful bird though. I do like the Me262 & you flew it well. That’s sensational that all you had to do was leave it in the British 🇬🇧 blazing sun 🌞😂🤣😂🤣 to dry out on tuff plane loved the video & the new format 👍🏻👍🏻

Robert Petrinčič ahhh, memories. Eh Robert. Lol. One day you'll have this plane again. I dream of having one myself. Oh ya.
Oh yea!!!
I really hope so my friend. It was really such a great flyer and it looks perfect...
Good to see you here Hal. Oh yeah...
I think that I stall it. But we really can say for sure. Maybe I had signal loss. Still I hope to have this baby someday again. Cheers my friend, Robert
Awesome to see you again, Stewart!
MotionRC is worthy of your talents.
Hi Keith, thank you for your kind words, look forward to contributing to the great work the guys have been doing on the channel already.

Hello sir, thank you for the Texas welcome 😉
Dang! Went for a dip, then another flight to dry off? Awesome!
Mephalis2009 it's was fresh water, waited about 20 minutes and was good to go
Beautiful in flight
Beautiful in landing
Beautiful in takeoff
Beautiful in the creek
Hahahah. Beautiful everywhere!

Jon Barnes hello to you, and yes do reach, it's worth splashing out, and it can even handle a splash down 😉
Very nice Stuart, that's some really nice scale flying :-) And that first landing was kinda funny :-)
Thanks mwt, yes she almost stayed dry, but still she lives to fly another day, she's a real war horse:D
This is the best rc me 262 on the world...and 4:36😍😍
Welcome back Brother, we ferakin missed you. Awesome! Flight
Darryl Sims thank you, look forward to what the future brings.
Very nice plane Stuart & don't take this weather for granted over here ;)
:D Awesome clip. The Me 262 is a beauty.

Hey Stu ! :) Good to see ya Mate
Thanks, yeah it was a fun video to shoot.
Falling in love all over again.
Nice seaplane! LOL, Hi Stu. Here you were.

Nice review Stuart ! You guys did a great job one this one. Next time a seaplane ,i can see you want one ;) ggrrrr
I'll try a touch and go on the water next time :D Thanks Bart, see you at the club.
I envy the big open fields in Europe.
Thinking about buying one would that be out of the question for a beginner. I've done flight simulator. ✈️ don't know if that helps ?

Thank you for the fast reply and note taken . But damn they are beautiful planes
So pretty much I have to control the landing manually is what your saying?

Muito bom, indica para o primeiro avião edf? Posso usar 2 baterias 3s em série?
Stuart... brilliant.
The scheme is a night Aufkladder (forest huntsman)
Thanks for watching
Nice! Hey what kind of cam did u use to ur plane? Can u please advise? Thanks
Great to see you again Stu......... what was the camera you were using on the wing??...... cheers
Hi, thank you. Not sure actually, it was on lone from a club member.
Forgot to mention 12 vain edf for more turbine sound on V2
DAVID Brown Good point! It did sound great didn't it? It makes me want one lol
I did mention a new power system, just so excited to fly I skipped mentioning the new blade count 😉
Stuart Warne. Oh, to confirm 12 blade so makes me want this video to load so I can hear it and then want it.
The shark wanted back into the water.
First landing is a OPPS second was great. Lol
Nice plane but 3mins on 5000mha 6s 🤨 You just get warmed up & you have to land😕 & then splash awesome glad she survived 👍🏻🙃

I'm curious, can you tell me what camera they use in the wing?
That's the runcam 2
Why does your plane has to be that far from you? It’s difficult for the camera man and it’s a bit hard to watch too, just opinion
