Everyone plays the Interstellar 🎶 because it is open to each's interpretation and it's a magical composition originally played on the organ and so there are many ways the notes can be played on the piano which is a simpler instrument than the Organ and not as complex. All these are the reasons that so many accomplished and wannabe pianists like to play it. They can choose the complexity or they can keep it simple and yet sound incredible.
