Typical school principle..... he should have let the young man keep playing, and tried to help him in his music field..... LOTS of jealous people in this world.... As long as the kid got the job done, let him play. Nice all around short...... my parents taught us kids the ethics of hard work and "gumption".....

Proof of Desire?
An aspiring pianist shuns the evil fame and fortune that are desired by the materialist wannabes, because he is motivated only by the desire of inner happiness. When he busks, he does it only for fun and doesn't care about receiving any tips. The smug, surveilling, talent agent thinks that is a proof of desire, as if he only wanted to represent such idealistic dreamers. Bernstein was motivated by money. Picasso was motivated by money. Nureyev was motivated by money. Van Gogh was motivated by money, but never earned any and was a starving artist all his life.
He was great and work so hard he gave up a lot this was amazing story
