Hi Audrey, thank you for this wonderful video. Would you please do a video on mixing black and brown in the same outfit - more specifically, how to do this correctly and how to know when it *doesn't* work? I find that a lot of people still adhere to / believe in fairly outdated fashion "rules", such as no white after Labor Day, black and brown can't be worn together, black and blue can't be worn together, etc. Thank you!

Dear Audrey, I appreciate your high quality content so much! 🥰👌One little thing though that I've noticed is that I have trouble hearing you lately. The sound is still a bit low when I turn the volume on maximum. This problem doesn't occur when I watch content from other creators. (I watch it on my laptop without earbuds for the best view😉). Is this something you've could adjust a little bit? Nevertheless, I still adore your beautiful videos! 💖

I think she’s using the camera mic instead of an external mic. I could definitely notice a difference in this video. It could be that she filmed it & there was an issue with it and didn’t want to re-film (which is understandable). I just turned up the volume & it was fine.
I have been having the same problem with her audio. I have to watch in a quiet room at home or I can't hear her.

Sezane has beautiful clothing. A bit out of my price range but I do admire it. I have been having trouble hearing your audio for the past few videos. You are the only one it happens with. I hope you can adjust that or perhaps get a new mic.

The brown and black was my favorite. I think the ROSALIA sweater is soft but still fits well and doesn't swallow your petite frame.

I love this! I have such a hard time adding a feminine feel to my winter outfits because all I think about is staying warm. What kinds of things can you layer over billowy blouses to keep warm? Even in the summer I'm usually cold and carry a cardigan with me, but I find such shirts don't work well with my little merino cardigans... I'm never sure how to keep warm in blouses.

I know I just haven’t gotten to the short pants craze yet. I feel like the jeans are too short to put with flats or heels. Ankle boot might look better at that length for me. I know it doesn’t go with the romantic look you were going for. The length of the red outfit and light wash jeans are much more pleasing to me. I love the floral looks for romance. Great video!

This is such a beautiful and informative video - I couldn't pick a favourite outfit, they all look stunning on you and each one is so unique and different. Sezane really has the most gorgeous details on every one of their pieces and you styled them so well. I think the blue outfit spoke to me the most, so fresh and spring-like. I couldn't do the all white, as I am commuting on the train every day and it would be impractical, so the light blue is a nice option. Thank you Audrey and btw the audio worked fine for me, even on a low setting. I saw that some people had problems with this...

The first outfit, white jeans with white sweater was gorgeous on you Audrey. However, the very dark boots looked too heavy to me, they kept drawing my eye to your feet. I would wear a lighter taupe suede boot that I have, we don't have issues with rain and snow where I live, even in winter! Just my personal choice of course. Would you say that you’re a winter for your color palette?
My eye is jarred by white with cream, it looks "off" to me, I love monochrome and tonal looks, but it must be truly cohesive to work right, which is hard to do. My opinion. 💖
😉Same here. I don't mind when others mix creamy white w/a more crisp white, but that's just NEVER worked for me🤣. I don't believe that all light (or dark) neutrals are created equal😖. Cohesiveness is vitally important.
🤔I'm certainly no 🎨 trained artist〰️& have made plenty of color mistakes in fashion & decor. ◻️ I once picked a bright white wall paint that seemed cheerful😃 on the tiny swatch, but it had an unfortunate blue cast to it. 🛃 It gave off serious prison vibes😳. NOTHING played well with it.
When it comes to color, I can't always articulate why color is off, but I will get a visceral 🤩love/
hate🤬 reaction toward it. I trust those instincts. Besides, I don't like feeling like I dressed in the dark 🌃 or didn't do my laundry💧.
📽 When working at Disney, I had a desk facing a Mickey Mouse dark blue 🔵 wall & later a red 🔴 wall in a different division. In both cases, once I got acclimated to the vibrantly animated colors all up close & personal, I was surprised to enjoy it🤗.
Another time I visited a swanky SoHo 🍎 loft. Absolutely adored the 👶baby's bold pop-art orange & hot pink color scheme in the nursery. The color combo felt refreshingly lively & innocent.🤯Rather shocked it did NOT inspire claustrophobia🙄. 😬On the other hand, the show-stopping magenta guest bedroom gave me major nightmares.
🥺Always been highly sensitive & finicky about color. It's 🆗️ to take risks w/colors, but I find it's important to match intensity & undertones. Mixing warm & cool tones can be disastrous😫.
More of a 🧐perfectionist who leans matchy-matchy, but I am trying to experiment more w/both tonal & monochromatic looks.

Finding high quality ethical plus size clothes is extremely difficult, Sezane looks like a beautiful line but their XXL is a size 14, I just can't wear anything they make. I wish more brands would fill this void.
Lilysilk is the same way except for a couple of items. They only go to a 12.
Always love your videos. My style is more classic, edgy, and athletic. I rarely dress romantic. Maybe in very small touches. I like your last two outfits where you combined the romantic and edgy together. I might try that some.
Much to my beloved 🥰mother's abject horror😱, I think I've always had a 🎶 Sporty Spice streak. Harken back to the 80s & my absolute dance 💘obsession.
🎞Flashback to film influences like Fame, Flashdance, Footloose, Stayin' Alive, Urban Cowboy, & Dirty Dancing. 🤍Loved a soft gray torn swearshirt casually drooping off one shoulder😔.
Of course, my earlier style influencers were all classic Hollywood📽. Ann-Margret in
🎬Bye-Bye Birdie who contrasted her ultra feminine fit & flair dresses and cashmere twinsets w/cosy boyfriend gear. (Being engulfed in a comfy oversized man's shirt always holds appeal.)
There was also Audrey Hepburn in 🎬Sabrina who went from duckling🐥 to a chic swan 🦢. Grace Kelly was a goddess in 🎬High Society. Kim Novak who tamed her voluptuous glory in a tight turtleneck in 🎬Bell, Book, & Candle.
🤔I do like a touch of elegant glam 💎, but definitely moved away from more vampy full-on femme-fatale silhouettes. 🤠Although I still own three fit & flair swishy tea length skirts that I'll sometimes pull out for two-stepping & waltzing👢.
Consider myself 🍸Classic w/a Twist (sporty streetwear edge). Find a touch of drama & rebellion keeps traditional (& preppy) from being too stuffy or staid.
Been enjoying merging my collection of corporate suits w/cosy, comfy, cotton athleisure. A quirky graphic tee or wafer thin hoodie under a blazer, matching pencil skirt, & white leather sneakers. Taking a tartan a-line skirt, marrying it w/a razorback tank, & 🆒️ kicks like Vans leather slip-ons. 🛹Skater Grunge meets Academia📚.
⚖️Striking the right balance for me is key. ☯️Find that a touch of ♂️masculine style off-sets my excessive feminine♀️ sensibilities & lush figure⏳️. Overall, I prefer to avoid anything that strikes me as too formal, fussy, or precious. Prefer to harness my girly-girl✊️power in a slightly serious & whimsical way that signifies I am a force to be reckoned with.

I had a suggestion for future videos. Could you please do a video on taking care of clothing- hand wash, detergents, bleach, softeners, dry clean, storing natural fibers, ironing etc. It would be super useful if you could go through how to clean and take care of natural pieces of clothing.

Hi Audrey, is it possible to do a video on comparing the dressing for different temperatures , the different combinations of outerwear, jackets, sweaters, scarfs and shoes. I live in tropics and always confused how these outfits can be combined for which temperatures.

My height is the same as yours. My measurements are 34 bust 27 waist 36 hip. Why do I look 30lb heavier than you when video taping? I did set the tripod low and lens looking up; still looking heavy.
I bought Sezane cardigan, similar as red one in this video, and it is impossible to wear it on bare skin, it is extremely itchy, I can’t wear it and it was £100.
