Black Sea Region of Turkey - Day Trips from Trabzon

We did a couple of day trips from Trabzon in the Black Sea region of Turkey. We visited Uzungöl and Sümela Monastery. These were both worth seeing and only an hour or so from Trabzon. However, they are tourist locations and will be packed during peak months.
