Mark, after spending far too much time over the last two days trying to follow your other tutorial for the flat lanyard knot, I gave up and then found this. The part where you show the flat lanyard knot, with it looped around your thumb, makes it so much clearer and I managed it at the second attempt. I don't even know what I found so difficult on the other tutorial but something was just clearer. Thank you.
A very beautiful weave, thanks ! I am a little troubled by the thightening process at the end, that's very difficult to do it without distorted the bracelet. Do you have any good advise for tightening it properly ?
Hi again, I was wondering if it is normal that mine lose some of is sized will tightening. I use a can at the end a mandrel like you said I guess. Mine it's 6 Inch if I count the loop and the little cross under that I add only to make it bigger without redoing it. If I just measured the whole bracelet without loop and extra twist its 4,5 inch. Again, your tutorial are really nice, you talk slowly and you explain everything you do, I like that.
Elane Roesler What made me think of this, I saw a handle wrapping demo, they said the shrinking after the wrapping would make it fit tighter. I see where you are comming from,,, if you make it to fit, and then shrink it,, it won't fit... 😉
Hey Mark, Big fan of your channel. I made a lot of knots based on your videos. Two questions about this video: would it be possible to do a gaucho version? I think it should be possible, maybe I'll figure it out myself. Second question: would it be possible to tie a toggle knot from one of your earlier videos out of the two strands at the end? Thank you for all the inspiration
Hey! Excellent questions...the toggle knot should knot be a problem. I have made it before using multiple strands. First 2 of one color for the knot, then double it up with the second color. The gaucho knot variant is something I have to look into! Would be great if it worked! Mark

or what you could do instead of making a four strand knot at the end you can make two separate knots and make it adjustable

great video, question would it be possible to expand on this and interweave a gaucho or pineapple/herringbone pattern?
Exelente trabajo
Gaucho knot paracord bracelet please show me how that bracelet is supposed to go over your hand to your wrist?
It can't.
Hey mark, could you do a video on how to do a gaucho interweave on a flat Turks head knot?
Just a thought,, but after you make something, do you ever dip it in boiling water to shrink it tighter?
tanx...
You should pre-shrink your cord before you work. Each cord shrinks its own amount: some lots, some hardly at all.
