I could really relate to the second part of the video where the kind rabbi was talking about people rejecting love they feel they don't deserve. My experience has shown me that those issues usually stem from some sort of childhood trauma or if they were raised in an abusive or neglectful household. As young if we did not get enough affection, we develop a hedgehog defence mechanism. But then we have hard time getting close to someone .
