+Tyler Morgan Buffer the charge. The moment a hit connects hit the back/downback while inputting the rest of the buttons. If you're jumping in for a combo you should already holding back. Basically find the chance and get into the habit of always holding back after you press a button.

Bison sure changed a lot since SFIV!
Just a note, Bison's V-skill can absorb any kind of hit as long as it hits the area around his hand. Not just projectile.
