    Wonderful
This man has such energy in his words
I myself am on the path of celibacy over 2 years i have improved a lot and a lot remains to improve upon
I completed agree with the thing how gender attraction is no sweet tickle but a bondage which keeps dragging us enslaving us forever I want to break free from it

Bro how do you practice celibacy please share your lifestyle i am very much addicted to the habit of masturbation how to come out please help and guide me?

@@kailashkerthick2048I think there is no such medicine or any one
who will give u vardan after which you will leave it overnight. Be practicle start with increasing time interval between between two acts, Make benchmark , try to maintain that benchmark ,improve that benchmark slowly , ever you break it ,don't worry start again . Nd lastly have a faith on yourself someday you will over come it. Have in touch with spiritual teaching

Jay is absolutely correct. i am 7 years celibate. I have achieved so much more than when I was not. My art is now in a place where I make few mistakes and when I do, I just leave them in the paintings, because they are so minimal, because I am so focused on the painting and my projects. I have nothing to distract me. I reach the place of meditation when I paint. When people see my paintings, they think they are perfect. They want to know what is my secret. I tell them it's because I am celibate. They laugh or they look concerned as if I am damaged in some way. Being an American, it is not cool to be celibate. But I don't care, because I like the way I feel and I have incredible energy and purpose in my life thanks to celibacy.

An excellent talk."Remove the dross that is covering up your true nature"..I agree.I reason that the Brahmachari (the ultimate path) wins either way..at worst a disciplined life and at best he becomes a Buddha.Self-mastery brings him long lasting happiness.Mankind does indeed fight against nature,we don't play ball with it.

This isnt the time to become a Buddha but a time to become a Shivaji as a Kshatriya which itself also is spiritual advancement.

process feels unnatural because nature belongs to Maya while Truth is Spiritual/unmanifested, mind is material/natural , so it is natural for it to seek its bliss (its escence) in the material world given that the senses are naturally outward bounded due to begginingless ignorance. We most overcome this original ignorance and our natural/animalistic/instinctive existence /level of consciousness by undergoing the unnatural quest for our spirit escence; this is to rise in consciousness ...climbing to the top takes effort , while rolling down a hill pulled by gravity is the natural tendency. we must put the effort to rise above our material tendencies in order to experience the spirit/Atman

Everything said by this incredibly wise spiritual Man is true. I have experienced what he says, when you conquer the sexual force of nature or our "primitive nature", you become your superior nature, you become like a demigod and connect more deeply with God/lifes higher ideal nature.

So is being asexual is also similar to celibacy? Do they also have some short of power, equal to a celibate person?

Does celibacy inhance cognitive ability? I think intellect or inherent ability of a person is very different from what a disciplined life can make a person do.
I believe celibacy may create some sort of resentment or hostility toward opposite gender.
I like the ideas presented in this video but somewhere it gets a bit ridiculous.
But mediation can be very beneficial. I do need to make it a part of my life to reduce lustful thoughts and to get clarity.

    Amazing.
Brahmacharya also means perfect sexual continence which the taoists were practising.
Due to uddhyana bandha / hatha yoga, sexual union with no discharge (no ejaculation).
    This is the true brahmacharya.
There are people who are externally celibate (swamis who have no intercourse at all) and yet they are not brahmacharys because they do ejaculate

With all due respect, he is mistaken about one thing. He mentions "world leaders" in the context of byproducts of celibacy. Roman history itself tells you otherwise. They had great leaders that wrote treaties on military science, astronomy, philosophy, ethics, ran multicultural empires' affairs, fought battles and won wars as well as lost too. One can be rest assured, they were no celibates. Many were bisexuals, Caligula and few others had incestual marriages even, among other diversions. Celibacy never had a prayer with those guys, and as leaders, they did just fine, even though we don't like their actions in today's backdrop, in their time, they were just fine.
