The narration is a text to voice app, guys, of course the names are pronounced incorrectly. In any case, I enjoyed the information in this documentary a lot.
As a tip to the video creator, if using a text to speech app, you can experiment with replacing the names with new names to force the the voice to read the word ‘correctly’.
But I hope you become more confident in doing the English narration yourself in the future, or that this channel becomes so successful you can hire an appropriate voiceover artist.

A historian from the Turkish Historical Society said that he found archival documents showing that Abdülhamit had a significant amount of money in 4 European banks. In the 80s, an Ottoman princess wrote a book. She complained that Türkiye sent us free of charge. Another princess, who appeared on Murat Bardakcı's program, said that, as she heard from her family, they received a good amount of money and personal jewelry, but they spent all of it in a short time because they could not control the money. Halide Edip Adıvar talks about Abdül Hamit in one of her books. Halide Edip's father was managing Abdülhamit's finances abroad.

Oi I feel so summoned all of a sudden lol Such is the life of a non Muslim, European woman called Selma. I hardly ever hear my name and when I do it's usually a Muslim princess. Anyway beautiful, classy women all of them, sad that most of them were pushed into marriages with men that they didn't exactly fancy to ensure theirs and their families' survival and comfort. It is wonderful though that all of them did so much for women in those patriarchal Muslim countries they were practically sold into; and I wish that my name sake Selma had had the opportunity to live a much longer life, to raise her daughter and experience marriage to a man that she actually loved.

I would like to state that they were Ottoman but not Turkish. Nearly every king married a European woman so their children were mixed too. Actually, during the years nearly none of the sultans were Turk, mixed sultans married foreign sultanas over and over again. Not Turk by blood I want to say. But I am not by blood too, I am mixed as well, both of my parents mixed too🇷🇺🇰🇷/🇮🇷🇦🇿. Being Turkish is not something related by blood it is about feeling Turkish says the great commander Kemal Pasha. I saw some comment ppl commented they are not Turkish etc. Yes, they weren't because they were citizens of the Ottoman Empire, please note that. But those women felt Turk as much as I feel. Cuz I was born into the Turkic culture that I cherish, and I am a citizen of Turkiye, I feel great empires of Turks were my ancestors too. So those women felt the same either. They were well-educated, well-mannered and revolutionist for women in their time
P.s. Turk and Turkish are not the same things let's educate ourselves

They were Iranian Turks that through centuries from being Seljugh dynasty in Isfahan and Ray to Seljugh of Rome and then became ottoman dynasty!
Iranian and German are from same race! Including that many sultans married their slaves during 16 to 18 century! So is a mixed blood from everywhere!

1.first name of Turkey - roman sultanate with 4 languages in it as : arabic, iranian, jewish, greek
2.mehmed the conqueror used tittle Ceaser of Rome
3.the offensive Arabic word as Turk has been banned during the Ottoman Empire even punishment was death
4.100% mixed genetics in Turkey that do not match those among the nations BLAMED to be Turkics-60 up to 100% european genetics
5.Around 18th c by w.european "historians" the offensive Arabic word as Turk gets implanted as a nationality and even the free mason and servant of the west deleted thousands of iranian and arabic words and replace then with mongolic.
So it is more than clear that Roman Empire creates the Ottoman and it is stolen identity .
