When those who walked with Jesus, like Peter, Judas, and Thomas, found themselves overwhelmed with shame, Jesus proved again and again that He still wanted them - flaws and all. God is bigger than everything we’ve been through and He still wants you.

Shame keeps you from stepping out of your house too... I pray Jesus will heal us

All I have are my children and god we are going through some hard times right now thanks my children have been through they are strong and I am totally aware of the suffering that they are going through from the things they have been through we just cannot give up we all make mistakes and we all handle them in many different ways and when I need them they are always there they are capable they are always willing glory to God

I am filled with guilt and shame for my past mistakes!! I have wasted my life on foolish foolish things of this world!! I have had a mean spirit toward many many people in my life and have hurt them badly!! My shame is destroying me !! I feel I can’t go on any longer!! I want to end my life!! Please, someone pray for me!!!! 😩 Please help me Lord!!

What happened?
The fact that you feel remorse is a blessing. Your pain can become your freedom. You're not that person anymore.

So true. I walk around with alot of shame for having a second child, although her dad didn't love me and wanted me to have an abortion. But I chose life! No regrets, but just alot of shame around being a single mom to two kids and not married. I hope to keep praying that God heals my soul and takes the shame away, so I can walk with my head held high.

No offense Bishop I love you to bits and you will always be my favorite Bishop! But I've heard you preach if you're friendly you'll have friends. I've tried everything but I have been used and mishandled by every person I've met I MEAN EVERY person. I've learned that while I may not be all the friend I need I am most certainly all the friend I have. It has been an excruciating 50 years filled with lies, deception, theft, ridicule, and betrayal. Quite frankly I only ride this life out so that I can stand before my lord and savior and say "I tried" If given an option I would never return to this world, In my opinion humans are the worst things to inhabit this earth. Quite frankly I'd take 10 Peter's over what I've called friend over the span of my lifetime. Stay blessed! And stay healthy Bishop!

@Sandy Beaches - I'm sorry for the unfortunate times you've had with friends and I pray that things get better. I'm believing that the second half of your life will be better than the former. Your testimony is great. Stay open and don't you loose your joy. I too have been betrayed by those I loved but so was Jesus and while hanging on the cross he said "Father forgive them for they know not what they do". Give yourself freedom by forgiving them and moving forward ready to try again. One thing is for sure you should be an excellent judge of character by now lol without being overly critical or cynical remember that we are creatures who have free will to make choices.
Some use it for good some use it for evil. Lastly you may consider getting a dog they aid us in knowing good from evil and dogs can't lie. Their instincts are on point. Just be sure you are in a Balanced place and space. Just a suggestion. I will pray for you. God Bless
@@mizz9841 Thank you so much Mike! I appreciate the kind words, prayers and encouragement. I am a pisces so I've always been a great judge of character. I tend to focus on the good in people or presumed good anyway. Also was big on giving people the benefit of doubt, and aside from that I'm just a good person who likes to help/care for others. Sometimes I get angry that God created me this way. But all I can do is fall back and guard myself. You give some really good advice. 👍 Thanks again.
