A spectacular ranch in a breath-taking setting!
Grace will love being back home!!!!!
This is breathtaking.
It's a beautiful ranch.
seems to be on the market currently at $37.5 million. lovely place with a hefty price tag.
That is about $2,678 per acre - good price for such beautiful land.
love it !!!
Is it affordable on SSI? lol
How far are you from New York City?
The golf course is not part of the ranch., so why highlight it?
California kingsnakes, California striped racers, western yellow-bellied racers, gopher snakes, ring-necked snakes, garter snakes, sharp-tailed snakes, rubber boas, mountain kingsnakes, and rattlesnakes... I'm sure the ranch offers excellent herping. You just have to lay some wooden boards along the edges of trails and clearings and flip them periodically to see what creatures have taken up residence underneath.
all the snakes you mention are nonvenomous except for the rattlesnake which is cold-blooded and probably would not like the climate at Rana Creek Ranch. Into the forties and low 50s for lows mostly throughout the year
@@jamesreule9260, I'm sure there are rattlesnakes at the ranch. That's a perk in my book. You leave them alone and they'll leave you alone. But the only place I've ever personally encountered rattlesnakes before is Carmel Valley. Once at Garland Ranch Regional Park, and once at a private ranch not far from there. In any case, I love snakes, and having them around would be a good reason to own a property like this. Then you could invite university students or whomever to come study them. All of them are an important part of the ecosystem and of California's biodiversity.
It’s crazy how much land one person can own
Hi Ma'am, I wish to live in this ranch.
Rana creek ranch Is it sold out ?
This Ranch looks Hot. Is it inland a bit?
No its very cool. Fresh.
Yes it's about 16 miles inland from the coast down carmel valley road. Best weather ever.
$45 Million--gonna need tech or mega-millions money to buy this ranch
seems to be on the market currently at $37.5 million. hmm i wonder what the previous sold price was in 2016?
@@ghettoracer I want to buy it bro
The British accent made the video more exquisite
Sound Australian... However, I want people in Carmel and Monterey County, as well as those planning to move there, to know that a man was wrongfully convicted in 2008 and put in prison for life. His name is John Kenney and his neighbors attacked and almost killed him.
@@freejohnkenney1640 ..can u say what he was convicted for ?
It's important for Justice for All

i have 3 million dollars, take it or leave it. I hate the city, but hate California politics more. Actually I would love to live on the ranch and take care of it for free

Ahhh I guess I’m not buying it, thought this was for normal dudes with a 9:00-5:00 job.
I think this land could solve the housing crisis - build a Dubai here.
