Thats a big issue ive been doing is just recording things 1 take and not having gone through or re through certain areas, then just attempt to correct issues the way it is, but really, I could have just re punched in and saved a bunch of time and increased quality. Thinking about it, ive noticed that common with beats, not just my own but in abundance, they put things together and just instantly mix it, rather then going through and listening for that perfect sound / feeling / vibe. Self learnings a process, but these are some helpful Awesome tips again, thanks.

For me it helps most to not listen to a beat for to long. If i hear it for too long i lose feeling with the beat and u want to create the feeling that someone has that listens to the song for the first time.

This is what I did on my song twerk it. Normally when I produce I hear the beat so long I can’t write but. Challenged myself to make a beat in 10 min then turn my tape recorder on and just went and wrote around it.
I have a few tips. You don't always need 3 verses. 2 16 bar verses can be plenty for a 2+ minute song. Also the thing that helps me the most when I would struggle on the second or third verses is I try to think of the second verse as an entire new song. It tends to generate new ideas and you can do this and still follow along with the theme of the song.
it depends on the type of song that you are making, but if you ever run out of ideas after the second verse then you could always get a feature from someone or turn that possible 3 verse into a bridge or an extended pre-chorus that feeds into the chorus. I wrote 20 songs and I noticed a pattern: 2 verses, longer verses=no required 3rd verse 2 short verses = 3rd verse. You can also chop and move the verses, one time I had 2 verses in my song, 24 bars each (weird) but I split it up so it was 16 bars each. Easy 3rd verse that I already wrote. If you want instead 72 bars, just brainstorm ideas or come at the 3rd verse from a different angle (harder, faster spoken) sometimes artists nowadays completely change the best and start going in

I follow the same process as a guitarist
A lot of hits go straight from the verse to the chorus and then another verse. No other bs in between. Shit some hits don’t even have a real chorus
