This might be my favorite blues of all time. As a guitar player I know too well how Duane’s and Dickey’s playing and articulation is hard to emulate and can sound « robotic » at times but you nailed it, especially that first solo! Duane died at the age of the 24, every time I think of it this gives me goosebumps…

I love Duane and he was the resident genius of the group, but that solo by Dicky, which here starts at 5:58 gives me fucking goosebumps every time I hear it and since I'm approaching 72, I've listened to it several hundred times by now

Les Paul fingerboard really pops out the fingers - almost as if in 3D. Looks great on 65” Samsung -really neat and great teaching style. Love the saturation.

Fantastic. I tried singing over this but fell short of acceptable standards. I fell down on my knees and I began to pray.
It's a wonderful performance. The Black Les Paul is cool, the guitar sounds good.

dicky came close to Duane, he was a hell of a player, I think Duane really pushed him
