It's because it's heavily modded, I play a heavily modded instance too and with OptiFine the performance hit is massive. I recommend using Embeddium mod instead of OptiFine if you can and pair it with Oculus mod, it'll improve performance massively and performance hit is very minimal
are you using sodium + iris or just optifine? if you're just using optifine then that would explain why your frames are so low. even with those 70 or 75 mods u have it still should be significantly more than this.
No no,my firend runs a server and there is like 4 of us.Its free but when he turns off pc server is gone,if u want for the server to stay up all the time i think u need to pay some money@@Birpaj
I was on 1080p before with rtx 4080 but its overkill,1440p is a perfect combination. + there is not only shaders, the server i recorded the video on had 72 mods active and maybe thats why the performance wasn't that great :)
@@kingofgoldnessr9364 ye, overall 1440p all the way for 4080 unless u really want 400-500 fps in games.I have 1440p 165Hz and playing all max and fps is betwen 150-200 so thats alright for almost anygame
@purpleman5564 If you'd like to have more performance while using shaders, sodium + iris is the perfect combination that replaces optifine. Optifine is quite outdated when it comes to performance boosting and the only downside to sodium and iris is there is no dynamic lighting, but that can easily be fixed by a client side dynamic light mod. Hope this helps!
I have a 3070 5600x 1440p 16 render distance, max settings with ultra shaders in all the thrills mod pack and I get around 130-140… not sure how your struggling to get over 100 with a 4080💀
the thing is dumbass he is using shitty ass optifine which sucks ass now and it will still suck ass, if he used sodium and other fps mods for fabric bro would get like 400 at least with mods
we needed this
Something is off about this, for 10 chunk render distance this should be running way better, have you allocated enough ram to minecraft?
my first time playing minecraft and settin up everything :)
@@purpleman5564 it's cool, I'm just letting you know haha

honestly i dont remember :) but there was also like 75 mods on the server
Is the optifine shaders settings x2 render x2 shadows x4 antialiasing and run in 1440p resolution=2880p(more 4k) rtx 4080 100% load all time
@@flacobatman8110 yeah then obviously your frame rate will be horrible. use sodium mod with iris mod, you'll get x2-x3 the frame rate.
Hi. What modpack is this?
And is the server running on the same machine, or is it remote?
Thanks! Appreciate the vid.
this is around 72 mods manualy imported
@@purpleman5564 Thanks!
And is the server running on the same computer? Or were you playing online?
Thanks again!

Okay, thanks!
Askedvas CPU and memory load can be higher if running the server on the same machine.
what mods do you use bro?
U go girl 👏 👏
this is why im sticking to 1080p
