Nice intro to running Nextcloud! I do wonder, did you consider using the All-in-one Docker image? I recently moved over to that myself and I must say - it's a delight. Much easier to maintain, and a ton of features that I just never bothered to install by hand because it's so hard...
how can you have multiple adresses but the cant see other people mailboxes ? for my workers, i would need around 20, with their own user and password and can see others mailboxes, can you do that with proton ?

Doesn't the Dell Optiplex system that you have there allow for a SSD and a M.2 drive so no need for an external drive?
True, but I wanted to ability to move the external over to my nas and plug it in.
