Very much appreciate the information about closed captioning. Working on cc for a project and just want it to be as understandable for people as possible. I hadn't considered how important the exact timing of speech would be and thanks for enlightening us to that concept.
What about the DCMP caption key? This is a pretty solid standard.

Do you offer any additional education about this CC ability or can reference where there is more to learn? I dont mind paying for it either
What about FONT SIZE? is this so changeable that one cannot say? e.g. on the device used to see captioning? Yet is there an estimate, using 3 lines? We're fielding questions about font size on mobiles - any standards? Thanks. CCACaptioning.org
