When you take this Tata Altroz on City roads very first thing you noticed that, people's eyes started turning towards you. People's starts looking back at this all new Tata Altroz. It's definitely the eye catcher on roads. The Tata Altroz's shape, architecture and colour really makes the difference on the road. When open the Tata Altroz's door for the very first time, you yourself feels the heaviness of the metal as well as the feeling of India's Safest Car and why the Tata Altroz got GNCAP's 5 star safety ratings. And yes it is massive. And not only that, you get the same king size feeling inside Tata Altroz's cabin as well. Once you entered inside the car the very first thing you noticed that, Yes... it's specious enough. No matter whether you sitting in front compartment or in back, it is specious and also comfortable with style. Due to falt floor it's been very much easier for passengers sitting in back compartment of the Car. Even there are three peoples sitting in back compartment there is ample leg space available in Tata Altroz. For two peoples sitting in back compartment, the space available is fabulous with luxury like arm rest, rear ac vents, rear mobile charger, more than enough leg space and decent amount of head space available. For Tata Altroz driving experience, it will definitely set it's own standard in the class. As soon as you start the car you experience the heaviness of the Car. The Tata Altroz's clutch and accelerator pedal are very smooth and easy to operate. Same will be applicable for Tata Altroz's stearing wheel as well. The stearing wheel is also very much smooth and flexible to operate and it will get tough as per increasing speed. The stearing mounted multimedia, cruise, voice as well as other controls are very nicely and most importantly thoughtfully designed. e.g. Car's horn control is placed at both right and left ends of stearing wheel which is quite easily accessible than that of centrally placed. In same way cruise as well as voice controls are also placed exactly where it should be. The Tata Altroz's flat bottom stearing wheel is fabulous and gives it the desired sporty look. The Tata Altroz's driver seat is also comes with height adjustment. The Tata Altroz comes with very much premium features like automatic climate control, auto head lamps, rain sensing wipers, ambient lighting in front cabin, the most stylish wearable key, the umbrella holders in front doors and smart phone based navigation in instrument panel itself with voice alerts and voice controls. The Tata Altroz comes with umbrella holders in front doors, who thought of that in such car segments. But it is a very much useful feature specially in Indian monsoon season. The Tata Altroz driving experience is very much smoother. The car's acceleration, the stearing wheel, the clutch pedal, gear shifting, the break pedal and the cruise control are extremely smooth while operating. The stearing wheel and the break pedal gets heavier with the increasing speed which is very helpful for controlling the car on high speed. The Tata Altroz's breaking system also quite effective and does not allow the Car to skid even in high speed - sudden break conditions, this car didn't lose it's control in emergency breaking conditions as well as on sharp turns. When you put car on top gear i.e. 5th gear the car runs very smoothly and steadily that itself gives a great driving experience. Even in cruise control mode laso the Tata Altroz driving experience is quite admirable. However there are some things which I believe can be improved in Tata Altroz. First thing is Tata Altroz comes with projector headlamps however for premium class segment it should be LED headlamps. Tha Tata Altroz's seven inch touchscreen infotainment system must have wireless mobile app connectivity as well, which now a days very much useful feature. Also as Tata Altroz is comes in premium hutch back segment it should have digital real time tire air pressure monitoring system in instrument cluster itself. Due to lack of mobile app connectivity Tata Altroz real time GPS monitoring is also not possible, which is now a days very much important feature for car safety as well as for car's passengers safety. In Tata Altroz, the driver side A piller blocks the driver view specially while taking sharp right turn because of which I need to be very cautious while taking sharp right turn. The Tata Altroz comes with ambient lighting feature however this ambient lighting should be added in rear cabin as well, because in night time there is complete darkness in rear cabin. As the small light is placed in front cabin near rear view mirror it is not enough to provide desired light in rear cabin as a result there are some difficulties in entering or in exit from rear cabin specially for children and old aged persons. But I feel that being the premium segment The Tata Altroz should have ambient lighting in rear cabin as well. In Tata Altroz driving experience, what I feel for initial phase the Tata Altroz lacks expected acceleration or pick up as that of taking consideration of engine's capacity. Also taking consideration of premium hutch back, there still some engine noise coms inside cabin while driving. But still Tata Altroz is definitely the eye catcher on roads and satisfactory car for me.
I bought Altroz XE rhythm on 19th March and I driven almost 1000 km in Just 8 days. It's a great machine and I don't think that any other car beat this machine in this price segment

True bhai gorund clearance 165 is enough for a sensible driver that's why I booked Altroz without even a doubt 5star safety rating, fully loaded features, drive comfort and good mileage hard to get in single car. I also have Altroz Jan 2021. It's a great car but I faced minor issues. My car battery discharged itself after 2 months and started facing jerking issue. They fixed the battery by charging it again and fixed jerking by adjusting the spark plug gap. Now the jerking is mostly fixed but not completely. All these issues could be easily fixed if Tata puts stringent quality control measures for parts from vendors.

When I was planning to buy a new car, without even having a second thought I have chosen altroz. Only doubt I had is whether to choose altroz or Tata Nexon. Only reason for choosing TaTa brand is of three reasons, First I love Ratan Tata and his passion towards auto mobile. Second its Indian Car and Third safest car with five star rating which is important for me and my family. I had a long drive few times where I drove for 900+ km in a single day. Every time it was smooth. Till now its been one year and 15k KM. I am a happy customer. My next car surely going to be TATA brand.
Having owned Altroz XT for almost 6 months, I have no issues with Altroz. Although my running is very less, but whenever we go on a trip, I love Altroz more everytime. There were so many issues with people like coolant leakage, poor throw of headlamps, poor average, etc. But honestly speaking I had so such issues. And it feels like my Altroz is getting better with time.❤️ Its pickup is also improving. Totally in love with this beautiful beast.🔥❤️

If you're a beginner you'll probably not need the capabilities of the turbo for the first few months or the first year. But once you get comfortable with driving a car you'll probably love the extra juice on long stretches of empty road.

These are the exact issues that totally bugs me alot. And seriously this is suppose to be a premium hatch back that means better damping of engine noise, road noise, panel gaps, rubber quality on doors and all those water seals could have been better. But this is good car and definitely need some upgrade like better damping all in the engine bay and wheel arches and all. But I'm totally enjoying the ride quality on this vehicle, and I do like the engine rumbling but sometimes I also think that it's a premium one so that's an issue to be fixed. Bohat hi achi video hai sir, totally worth it. ✌️
@@venkatmano92 free style would be a smart choice to make. Altroz is indeed safe and all. Freestyle is a little less spacious but that is really not an issue. The engine mountings in altroz are not up to the mark that makes power losses and you won't really like the pickup in altroz. In cities it's a good car but as I'm From Himachal it sometimes feels that it could have been better. But before you buy i really want to suggest you that you take a test drive and really make a smart choice. It's a big amount, you spend it wisely.

I don't really understand why people have an issue with the lock mechanism. Whatvdo you think is better for passengers to escape in case of a brutal accident? Altroz lock mechanism or the traditional lock mechanism in other cars? It'll take few extra seconds to unlock the car in case of traditional lock mechanism and in an accident, life is a matter of few seconds. A person can lose his life because of the few extra seconds to unlock the traditional lock mechanism. Kids should be in the back seat where we do have the child lock feature.

Hi Tarun, i have be bought Altroz petrol 1 month before, is it recommended to change engine oil at my first service for having better engine life or do only top up of the oil. First service at 2000kms. If we change oil the metal dust particles inside engine will come out, Please suggest

Style wise or visually turn indicators might look good on the orvms but practically they should be on fender only. But Tata's rear turn indicator placement in Altroz is actually not very good this is true.

True bhai gorund clearance 165 is enough for a sensible driver that's why I booked Altroz without even a doubt 5star safety rating, fully loaded features, drive comfort and good mileage hard to get in single car. Just waiting for its delivery now.
For people who thinks 165 ground clearance is less. I been using Alto it has same ground clearance completed 82000 kms mostly in bumpy and off roads in fact car has covered 40000 in hills of Himachal all sorts of roads. Moreover most of the locals in hill station buy hatch backs due to parking space problem these cars mostly have 165 ground clearance and works perfectly fine. It's about driving sense
There is a big difference in wheelbase. alto ka 2360 mm ka h, aur altroz 2500-2550mm..Aur, Alto ka front overhang kum h aur altroz m bht jayada...So, alto aur altroz mein same 165mm ka frk dikhta h.

What is the current mileage of your Altroz?
I also have Altroz Jan 2021. It's a great car but I faced minor issues. My car battery discharged itself after 2 months and started facing jerking issue.
They fixed the battery by charging it again and fixed jerking by adjusting the spark plug gap. Now the jerking is mostly fixed but not completely.
All these issues could be easily fixed if Tata puts stringent quality control measures for parts from vendors.
Tata Motors must learn to resolve issues in first attempt.
They can outsale Maruti cars.
Aur sir Power ki baat aapki bahoot sahi hai kyuki i20 se on paper iska figure same in fact 2bhp jyada hai uame 81 bhp hai iske 83 bhp hai lekin iska weight around 150-200 kg jyada hai so power to weight ratio iska kam hai jo thoda difference rehta hai

@@shashwatdubey6894 my car had a problem with its average and i got it fixed by the company , now it gives me a minimum average of 16 in city and 19-21 on highway .The the mechanic in the tata agency told us that after the 3rd service the average will rise to 25 on highway and 20 in city

After ECU update there is significant improvement in pickup of my altroz. It is now better than i20.
And considerable change in mileage too. Its reduced considerably.

Aur baat rahi indicator ki to uski bhi ek vajah hai bhai uspe chrome ki strip hai woh bhi piano black mai toh woh uska look increase karti hai lekin usme indicator dete to phir overdone ho jaata aur uske looks ko effect karta aur aisi same cheez antenna mai hai sharkfin antenna piche ki taraf aata aur iske look ko suite nahi karta so this my thoughts about it

When I was planning to buy a new car, without even having a second thought I have chosen altroz. Only doubt I had is whether to choose altroz or Tata Nexon.
Only reason for choosing TaTa brand is of three reasons, First I love Ratan Tata and his passion towards auto mobile. Second its Indian Car and Third safest car with five star rating which is important for me and my family.
I had a long drive few times where I drove for 900+ km in a single day. Every time it was smooth.
Till now its been one year and 15k KM. I am a happy customer. My next car surely going to be TATA brand.
It's your choice you want build quality or good pick up, back camera or features... I am obsessed with altroz❤️

Having owned Altroz XT for almost 6 months, I have no issues with Altroz. Although my running is very less, but whenever we go on a trip, I love Altroz more everytime. There were so many issues with people like coolant leakage, poor throw of headlamps, poor average, etc. But honestly speaking I had so such issues. And it feels like my Altroz is getting better with time.❤️ Its pickup is also improving. Totally in love with this beautiful beast.🔥❤️

My usage is 90% city and 10% highway and I'm still a beginner and as a first family car which is a better choice XZ plus or XZ plus i-Turbo? is it worth that 80K just for those performance for a beginner who never drove a car?

If you're a beginner you'll probably not need the capabilities of the turbo for the first few months or the first year. But once you get comfortable with driving a car you'll probably love the extra juice on long stretches of empty road.

These are the exact issues that totally bugs me alot. And seriously this is suppose to be a premium hatch back that means better damping of engine noise, road noise, panel gaps, rubber quality on doors and all those water seals could have been better.
But this is good car and definitely need some upgrade like better damping all in the engine bay and wheel arches and all.
But I'm totally enjoying the ride quality on this vehicle, and I do like the engine rumbling but sometimes I also think that it's a premium one so that's an issue to be fixed.

Confused between Altroz and Freestyle. Beginner in driving. Which one to opt under 7.5L?
@@venkatmano92 free style would be a smart choice to make. Altroz is indeed safe and all. Freestyle is a little less spacious but that is really not an issue. The engine mountings in altroz are not up to the mark that makes power losses and you won't really like the pickup in altroz. In cities it's a good car but as I'm From Himachal it sometimes feels that it could have been better.
But before you buy i really want to suggest you that you take a test drive and really make a smart choice. It's a big amount, you spend it wisely.

I don't really understand why people have an issue with the lock mechanism. Whatvdo you think is better for passengers to escape in case of a brutal accident? Altroz lock mechanism or the traditional lock mechanism in other cars? It'll take few extra seconds to unlock the car in case of traditional lock mechanism and in an accident, life is a matter of few seconds. A person can lose his life because of the few extra seconds to unlock the traditional lock mechanism.
Kids should be in the back seat where we do have the child lock feature.

Sir please guide me to solve this Problems in my altroz XT
1- Upper headlights not working many times when needed most
2- distance to empty not working and then suddenly works but shows less KM of petrol as compared to earlier KM
3- reverse camera is black and white instead of colorful
4- Infotainment system has a lot of lag while using android auto with phone
Sir , Go to service center and get it solved . I think You have to update your Software aswellas ECU then it will work fine.

After driving some distance the doors get automatically locked. Doors don't get opened from inside while driving. I think. Am I correct ?
Its speed sensing auto lock i think it’s set at 20kmph it automatically gets lock
Style wise or visually turn indicators might look good on the orvms but practically they should be on fender only. But Tata's rear turn indicator placement in Altroz is actually not very good this is true.
