The pushing, or the stress inducing loud counting seemingly right next to the bird, _and_ the loud counting of a large crowd? I say respect them, release them quietly, and let them fly when they’re ready. They’re not here to be a spectacle for us. When I clicked on this video, this is the opposite of what I was expecting.
