Perhaps his worst season in his career, yet still better than most in his position. Was absolutely fantastic in the home leg against Liverpool, as always as cool as it gets in the big games. Let's hope he can perform as well as that at Anfield, and Barca can progress to the UCL final again 🤞

The funny part is, he didn't even add old clips of Busquets, from the time of Pep. I remember watching him since then and i remember him as the smoothest player in terms of transaction of the ball from defence to attack. Pure genius on the ball and knows how to and where to link the ball perfectly. These kind of footballers are very rare. When he has the ball, i can say it from my heart that its going to be okay. When he makes an unusual mistake, even the commentators can't believe that he made a mistake and always say "a rare mistake by Sergi Busquets". Its a shame that the world does not talk about him. If he is not considered as one of the greatest of all time to play in the centre mid position, its a shame on football then. The unsung hero, SERGI BUSQUETS!❤️❤️❤️

Yeah he may make It look simple but what Busquets does on the field is everything but easy. He doesn't feel any pressure. Even tho he's not having one of his best seasons but he's still the best regista in the world

Skill level incredible. The rarest kind of player. So good that I fear when he retires we might not see something like him again. His awareness is on another level, his understanding of situations and the way he reads body positions, ball and approach speed at a level above even the elite players.
Shamefully wasted in a horrible system at current Barca, hopefully he can return to his absolute best with a worthy coach in charge.

The likes of Busquets, Iniesta, and Messi have always shared an interesting thing: Players with a low-key character which often blends with their phenomenal talent. Admirable
No one can reach to this place, no one can lead the rival where he don't really want, no on a can stand up after a ball recuperation and make a pass so intelligent. Kanté, Kroos, Henderson, Rodrigo can make one of this thins very well but no one can do all of them so amazingly. The best, ever. Even today.

Bousquets almost never loses the ball, tries to play simple, smart, keep the flow, gets (sometimes very elegant) solutions to evade the most critical pressure, sometimes make the pass prior to assistance, and has defensive duties... and he gets unnoticed because that´s his job. Remember he is the one always playing alongisde the years with Messi. Meaning: the Barza legendary midfield has always DEPENDED on Bussi.
When people are talking about "unique players" (and they have in mind guys like Lingard, Cavani or Müller xD), I mostly laugh at them. But this guy right here is really the right person to be called unique, in terms of his play style, his ability to always play GOOD ball forward, game reading skills, tackles and calmness are incredible, there is like no other player with those properties together, at least nowhere close to his level... Hats off, Sergi, hope U stay at Barca as long as possible
@ Henrik Lehmann I had been looking for it for so long and finally you uploaded. The video is as magical as Busi is and I love the perfect background music you have chosen. He's one of the best CDM and one of the most underrated player of all time. People say, without Leo Barça will suffer in the future (we'll for sure) but same is the case with Busquets. I have no clue who'll inherit his place in future.
