Amy He Australian full time jobs accrue four weeks of paid annual leave a year, some companies offer up to 6 weeks. 4 weeks is the legal requirement though. Plus we also get 10 paid sick days a year.
Amy He It seems pretty crazy to most Aussies that you guys don't have similar entitlements. They're so important for mental health and work life balance!

Amy He oh, i forgot about long service leave! After 10 years of continual employment with the same company you get 12 weeks off paid.
