Most springer air rifles are going to be in the neighborhood of 700-900 fps with lead pellets. I got 845 fps with 13.7 Crosman pellets with this particular rifle. I think you could get some more speed out of alloy pellets. Thanks for watching!
I have been looking at this rifle for awhile and I have made my mind up from earlier research and thanks to your review and video i want one in 22 cal and I can't find it on line we're did you purchase yours from
@@ahmondeboxley2950I bought mine used from a friend. I really like the look of the older stocks vs the newer Air King Pro models. The more I shoot the .22, the more I like it. I did some groups yesterday at 75 yds to see what kind of groups at that distance compared to my .177 Air King. I consistently shot tighter groups with the .22 at that distance. It was windy so I think the extra weight of the .22 kept it more stable.
Do adjust the recoil with the scope by adjusting the 3mm Allen screw at the bottom by tightening it so that when the gun action recoils,it doesn't butt hard against the stock.
I have the 48, being these are a fixed barrel and not a break barrel it should be more accurate. With the sliding action it takes hold sensitivity out of the equation which should make one of the most accurate springers you can buy. I will be picking one up.
Well you answered my question. 😀
Great video with a good message and that's a dang looking rifle. You should enjoy that thumper for years to come 👍
Thanks for watching my friend!
Fabulous! On my bucket list!
They are some awesome rifles!
I would think that air rifle would shoot faster than 700fps nice video and review

Try the JSB Match Diabolo Exact Jumbo Heavy .22 Cal, 18.13g. they beat everything else for accuracy
JSB makes some great pellets for sure!
