Fresh veggies from the garden boiled into a simple dish, dipped in sauce-so tasty and delicious!

Today, I went to the vegetable garden and picked a lot of fresh produce, including Provence tomatoes, an old variety of cucumbers, long-yardlong beans, and large eggplants. After coming home, I cooked a pot of soup with tomatoes and pumpkin, adding some ginger slices and Sichuan peppercorns for extra flavor. Once it was done, I sprinkled some salt, and pepper, and added vermicelli and slices of meat. We also made a dipping sauce, which made everything even more delicious! This meal was simple but full of the taste of home. If you get the chance, give it a try - it's truly delicious!

Ich bin letzte Woche dursch Ungarn, Tschechien und Niederösterreich gefahren. Mais und viele andere Gemüse auf den Feldern ausgetrocknet und braun-gelb verfault. Libe Grüße aus Germany💕
