Wonderful recap. I remember Greg wasn't feeling well and he kept saying to himself 'one more lap, one more lap' hoping he would come good. He of course finally found his legs in those last few laps. Imagine what poor Fignon thought when he saw Greg race up besides him.
Patrick....Cool! what music is it? Only one tiny thing I noticed ...you didn't ride same gears and with down tube shifters..lol Next time ride it up with a period correct bike...
Great film, I was camping on the lower slopes that weekend, the Montagnole is a huge climb, the hardest of the nineteen Worlds I've been to so far....
