Gotta improve on learning the CPU's pattern. The CPU plays cheap so you gotta do the same thing even though it's repetitive. Simply, you gotta do what works to win. Waiting to kill with super art is just a waste of time and it will lead to death. Go for the kill. There's no point in being flashy. A win is a win unless you want to fight against Q. But Q isn't necessary. Beating the game without losing a round is more worth it. Plus, I recommend using SA 3 - Shippu Jinraikyaku. It's easier to build meter and easier to connect into SA. Therefore, if you land 3 x SA 3, total damage is more than SA 2.
For me, Street Fighter III 3rd Strike is simply the apex of the series so far.
