MarShaAllah this is a very beautiful recitation by the boys. Allah reward 🙏🏾🙏🏾… And Allah rewards for you both Ustad Yahya And Ustad Ali. Thank you for the beautiful work of Allah
I want to believe so much but just listen to his statement: ‘The more you fear Allah the further away you are from the disobedience of Allah’. Surely we can all honestly look at that statement and consider it abhorrent?
Salaam Alaykuum, I read this on Quora, maybe it’ll help your questioning. “Fear of Allah is an important topic. Dont be too worried if you don't fear Allah right now. Its more important to develop the right kind of fear. Some people fear Allah simply for what He can do to them. They fear hell and punishment. This is not the fear of lovers of Allah. True lovers of Allah, have a love based fear for Allah. You need to grow your love for Allah first. Keep reading and learning about Allah, His mercy, benevolence, gentleness, develop your own relationship with Allah. Then with love naturally comes fear. Just as a good child fears seeing sadness and displeasure in his parents eyes, or just as a good spouse fears sadness and disappointment in his spouses eyes, a lover of Allah develops this kind of fear for Allah. You must fear Allah, not His punishments. When you develop your love for Allah and your conscience naturally develops, then that is where your fear naturally develops as well. Lovers of Allah actually begin to see hell as a mercy of Allah, a route to atonement and purification. If they sin, they yearn to be punished for it either in this world or the next, to pay for it in order to be pure for Allah again. Thats the kind of fear that develops, and you need to develop your knowledge and love for Allah, and then this fear comes naturally.”
No because fear is always rooted in something, for example the fear someone has of loosing a loved one is rooted in the love you have for that person. In this case fear is rooted in diminishing the devotion you have to Allah. The disobedience is highlighted because that’s one of the factors that could effect a persons devotion.
