    Thanks again.i was about to give up on these specific salsas but you re-motivated me.i once had a friend who was Mexican who made salsa Verde and it seemed so simple until I did it.and I never really got the recipe.so I lost out.but when done right, it's really good.and yours gets a 10 on looks alone.

    You can do it on stovepipe too in a pan .it may be more convenient if time is an issue.

    What is the difference in the way they are made is it the taste?

      To me, when you boil it, it loses some of its flavor and spiciness. When you broil it, it intensifies the flavor.

    I will be doing thst.its a pity I didn't see it before I went to the store yesterday.i have tomatillos that my sister in law who is Mexican gave us n I have cilantro but no serrano.
